“Good hotel in a central location”
Hotel is in a good location with easy access to museums, the waterfront and water taxis (easy walking distances). Tram and Metro stops just outside for going further. Quiet room and helpful staff, who all speak English. Only problem we had was with a leaky seal on the shower screen. Had to report it twice to reception, but it was fixed promptly after the second report. We're planning to stay here again.
“Awesone Hotel”
Brilliant hotel, 10metres from tube! The room was clean, modern and big, generally awesome (and free WIFI!!) The spa and general areas of the hotel were spotless and modern, even the gym whilst small was excellent! Overall a fantastic hotel with a few nice italian/japanese restaurants and supermarkets nearby..... The panarama view was great! Overall Rotterdam is not the prettiest or most touristy city but we went for the marathon and it was perfect!!
“Rotterdam recommended”
I booked this hotel as a birthday surprise for my partner and I can say I was not dissapointed. The hotel was exactly as I had hoped for, excellent service, clean and the view was "wow". I paid a little extra for the top floor panarama room and the view was just fantastic, the room was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable I wish we could have taken it with us when we left. we uterlised the facities and had the pool, sauna, steam room all too ourselves on the Monday morning so we chilled out and felt really relaxed. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and will certainly booking again.
“Great Location, Ok Hotel”
I checked in at the Inntel Hotel at Rotterdam and to my experience it was fairly decent. I stayed a total of 7 days so there's quite a lot to review about. 1st of all the cleanliness of the room is a 1 out of a 5 because I noticed that the room keeper use the same rag to wash everyone's bathroom because sometimes there are hair that's not mine sticking on the side of the bathroom wall which is pretty awful. The bed isn't very comfortable and extremely dirty because right below the bed cover sheet there's another sheet that's been yellow stained which hasn't been replaced. I wasn't really able to sleep because the pillow were horrible due to the build up of excess heat around your head but the bed is fairly decent. Although that was pretty bad in my personal point of view there's something awesome about the bathroom and that's the amazing pressure of the shower head which was POWERFUL! The water temperature of the hot/cold water is wonderful too; sometimes I left the hot water on until steams would come out and spray my bathtub to disinfect everything because the temperature is extremely hot "WARNING" it will definitely will scale your skin if you are not careful. Amazing they didn't give you any toothbrush, tooth paste or even a hair comb which was to me, weird? The train station was right outside it's door so I must say that's amazingly convenient to me and there are restaurant and grocery stores about 2 city blocks away so the best part of the Hotel I must say. 3 out of 5!
“hotel with a view”
It was a perfect hotel for us as we only stayed a night, but for a tourist staying in Rotterdam for sightseeing it is probably not the night place. the rooms were clean, and the view was fabulous, the sauna and the steam were okay and staff was more than helpful. breakfast, we found, is expensive all over Holland, but this was exceptionally expensive, almost 40 euros for the both of us, so we passed on that.
“Tour de France Hotel”
Good quality hotel and location for the Tour de France in Rotterdam. Staff very helpful, good bar & restaurant. Rooms sparsely decorated but clean; view from waterside rooms great. Highly recommended.
“Awful Service!”
The hotel has changed it's name to Inntel but has no signs outside or in the reception to tell guests of the change, which means there are lots of confused tourists wandering around lost outside. I paid in full in advance to Expedia. On arrival I was asked for a credit card to cover any extras. On check out at the end of my planned and paid for stay I was charged for an extra night for no reason. I was not informed of this at the time and only found out on my return to the UK. I never signed anything authorising this charge. I now have to pay this balance to my credit card company this month and wait a month for it to be re-credited to next months statement. They will re-credit one night's charge which may be more or less in Pounds than the amount they took from me due to FX movements. They offered no compensation. I wasn't even offered an apology by Inntel. Very bad service.
“Ok hotel but very convenient”
The convenience and low price of this hotel makes it one to consider when traveling to Rotterdam. Staff was considerate and the room was ok, but the food in the restaurant was nothing to write home about. Considering the price though this is a decent tradeoff.
“"Great location for exploring the city centre"”
The hotel was quite easy to find and its location is perfect for exploring the city centre. It was close to the shopping centre, key sights and within reach of many different restaurants. The hotel was clean, although the room was a bit small with the extra bed in it - would consider a higher spec room next time. We felt the architecture was stunning across the city; a perfect blend of old and modern. Fantastic photo opportunities of different buildings and bold art works. We found the city very clean and very calm. Two nights was not enough to explore the whole city and will go back in the future to stay a little bit longer. We were very surprised that eating out was overall very expensive, wine and beer in particular. Also, we were shocked by the car parking charges as we ended up spending more than we had planned because of these. Overall, very good.
“Fantastic hotel, great location, beautiful rooms.”
I had a very pleasant 3-day stay at this hotel. The room looked wonderful, with a fantastic view of the harbour and modern furniture. The bathroom was top-notch with excellent design and function. Service was very professional and always with a smile and the WiFi was very fast. I stayed in the panorama room and I don't recommend any less, because you'll miss out on the view and the spaciousness of the room. I also used the sauna and the pool facilities which were very relaxing and they overlook the water from a high floor. It was a great place and very well-worth the money for the Panorama room.
