“Will of cource go back "”

While our stay at the hotel, my husband got sick,on the last day, our plane to Uk wasn't going to be before 6.15p.m, so I went to the front desk at the hotel and asked if we could have a late check out, and they couldn't be so helpfull and understanding it wasn't a problem at all, do you need a doctor?,would you like aspirin and so on, what a relief for us and we did appreciate their help, you feel so much better, as my husband wasn't well at all, we eventually made it to the airport. Thanks to the staff at the front desk very kind indeed and very understandable. we will be going back to Rotterham and will recommend you.

“Great hotel but paid $30 euros for one night of parking”

The hotel itself was good but there's no where around this area that you can get cheap parking. $30 euros for one night! But breakfast (which in our case was included) was great, and room was clean, comfortable, and updated. We recommend, but if you're renting a car, be prepared to pay the big bucks!

“Hilton otterdam”

Superb Hotel for an Excellent price. Sumptious breakfast. Staff very attentive. Only downside was lack of King size double bedded non smoking room ( Staff did find alternative Non Smoking room). Also Wifi extremely expensive

“not impressed”

I stay twice at this hotel and every time they try to over charge me, the employees from reception are incompetents.

Area recommendations

This neighborhood is very good all the stores are there, restaurants, cinema, clubs and bars. But in the weekend is very hard to rest good because is alot of noise even if they give you the room with the view in the oposite side.

“disappointed”

Very old hotel, way below the expected standards of a 4 star Hilton hotel and too expensive. The inside of the rooms and all the furniture are terribly old, there was not even soap in the bathroom and the mini bar was completely empty when I arrived so I had to call housekeeping...do not recommend it.

“verouderd hotel”

De locatie maakt veel goed, maar het blijft een gedateerd hotel (geen flatscreen maar zo'n ouderwets ding). Kamers schoon en netjes maar van een Hilton verwacht je meer. In de executive lounge was op zaterdag 10am nog geen koffie en al helemaal niets te eten. Kreeg wel een kopje koffie aangeboden van de baliemedewerkster beneden. Aardig personeel maar zeer matige performance voor een Hilton.

“Hilton Rotterdam”

Der Standard, den man mit dem Namen Hilton verbindet, ist hier absolut nicht gegeben. Es sind keine Parkplätze für die Kunden vorhanden, Hinterm Haus ist ein Kino, das Frühstück war katastrophal (vermutlich keine frische Ware !) Das Zimmer recht einfach gschnitten , Preis-Leistungsverhätnis stimmt nicht.
