Nice and clean property. Please don't have garbage pick up am in the morning. The truck made a racket, it woke me up. Breakfast was good. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Nice place to stay and very comfortable beds
My family and I come here every year for a family reunion because it's a nice hotel and in a very good location. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was ok but not a lot to choose from. Our floor was quiet until I heard dogs barking when they would hear us walking in the hallway. I didn't know that dogs were allowed. After knowing this, I went back into my room checking for pet hair, but thank God, I didn't find any because that would be the end of my stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Little frustrated because we booked this hotel for the pool in our downtime. When we arrived Thursday were told the pool was closed and it should be open by Friday. My husband asked the next day and was told that it needed to be fixed something was wrong with it. I asked later that day and was told it just needed to be cleaned and they had signs up around the building but there were no signs and i was told they were supposed to clean it the 5-6th but it didn’t and the girl in the front would check with the manager and let me know. I never heard anything after that. Just overall unsatisfied since the pool is the reason we booked there to use in our downtime.

Pool was Dirty and nolsd was growing on the pool walls. Pool area was dirty with peoples clothing, Pool water could Not have Chlorine and have the mold growing in the water on pool walls. When I booked this I specifically requested a pool for my 16 yera old Special Needs son, We were unable to swim due to the dirty pool. Faucet in bathroom was very loose. There was no Do Not Disturbe sign for us. THE AIR CONDITIONING WOULD NOT COOL THE ROOM. IT WAS PROGRAMMED TO SHUT DOWN AT THE HOTELS PRE ASSIGNED TEMPERATURE AND THAT WAS NOT COOLING THE ROOM SO WE COULD SLEEP. I should get a FULL refund for the pool being dirty and the Air Conditioner not cooling the room, I paid full price yet do not get what I asked for in my search.

The location is great. Close to shopping center and movie theater. The staff are friendly and professional. The room was comfortable with plenty of room. I was there for 5 day business trip.There is a small kitchenette. I do recommend this hotal.

Incredible location for local shopping and restaurants. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean accommodations and excellent pool outside. Highly recommend staying here if you are in need of a hotel while in this area.

the elevator was broke, we were on 2nd floor, our room was next to stairwell,getting woke up alkl night by people having to take the stairs. first day they ran out of towels. washing machine broke in middle of load,had to hand wring . the staff was trying to help in anyway they could,my grandson was graduating so the location was excellent

Liked that the property was very centrally located. Very convenient to food and shopping. Didn't like that the bed sheets were all stretched out and didn't stay on mattress. Also, thought shower could have been cleaner.

I really like the hotel and recommend it to those with no pets. While they do allow pets, I was disappointed in the steep charge for my dog. $75!! That is practically another room! I can understand a small fee (or even a deposit). But to charge that much will make me stay at La Quinta where pets stay free.

No Elevator
The room was okay until the bathroom, it looked like there was mold around the commode and bath tub. I cleaned with bleach to make me and my children feel safe. The elevator broke on the second night of my stay and we were on the 3rd floor. I am recovering from a torn hamstring and going up 3 flights of stairs was torture. The lady at the front desk only offered that they were fully booked and could not help me with another room on top of that I did make it up the stairs but she could have cared less nor did she offer any assistance. Furthermore there were alot of pre teen boys that were running up and down the stairs and the hallway most of the night and I tried to call the front desk multiple times from the room phone and cell no answer

I didn't like the fact that the light and fan, in the washroom were on the same switch. Fan very noisy and no requirement to be on with light. Fan should be on a separate switch. Very hard on sensitive ears which my wife and I have, Otherwise, very nice staff.

Love the location! Usually stay there about twice a year. This time we decided to take our kids with us, they were excited about the pool. Unfortunately the pool was filthy to say the least! The water green! Slimy! We let the front office know about the situation and all they said was “yea” the pool guy comes tomorrow… this was Sunday. We checked out Tuesday and the pool still hadn’t been cleaned! Kids were super bummed….

Arrived just after midnight and had to wait around for 10-15 before the desk clerk shown up so we could check in. Breakfast had the potential to be good, but the cheese omelet was rubbery and not very tasty. The blueberry waffle was bland and mostly flavorless. But, the room was quite and cool, so we slept well.
