“Good value”

The front desk staff is very courteous, and helpful with a good grasp of the English language. Even though we got to the hotel in the morning, they tried to accommodate us with whatever room was clean and available before the routine checkin time. The complimentary full breakfast is sumptuous and a great way to start off a long day of sightseeing. Even though the hotel is closer to the airport than downtown Rome, the complimentary shuttle is great and reliable for dropping off at the central location of Piazza Venetia. It would be better if the first shuttle started earlier than 9:00 a.m. so that one could start at the popular sightseeing spots earlier before the crowds get there. Even though the commute is a bit longer (about 35 to 45 min. depending on the traffic), it is nice to return to a quiet retreat after a hectic though enjoyable day in the busy city. The deluxe room is significantly larger than the superior room, by at least 50%, feeling more like a regular 4-star American hotel room than the usual smaller European kind. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel for future travel to Rome.

“would use this hotel again”

This hotel was very pleasant, staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was slightly expensive, but the food was good. Breakfast was plentiful, with a fairly good choice. Hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service into Rome centre we found that catching the earlier coach more or less guaranteed you a seat. Our room was situated at the end of a corridor and was very quiet, which was great.

“VERY PLEASED”

Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Weather was superb and the pool was a godsend. Excellent shuttle coach to and from Rome six/seven times a day. Perhaps not suitable for families with young children as activities in hotel are centred arond adults eg bars-restuarant-fitness centre.

“One of the best hotels ever”

The hotel is very comfortable and all staff members go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. the only problem i have wit the hotel is the shuttle service as it does not run very late there is not much chance to see the centre of rome by night, do you can only see it if you arrange your own transort back. Otherwise the hotel bar s quite quiet and rather expensive but just aliitle walk from the hotel there is a cinema and supermarket to ause yourself.

“Perfect place to see Rome and still relax!”

We initially were given a room that was not in the main hotel it wasn't what we had expected...very small,no air, and uncomfortable. We asked for another room and where given keys to a room in the main hotel 2nd floor, loved it! Our room was big, comfortable, and had air conditioning. The hotel has English speaking front desk staff that are very nice, and helpful. The best part was the pool, very relaxing and peaceful we would definitely stay here again! Hotel is approximately 20 min. driving to city center depending on traffic taxi's can add up quickly...take the hotel shuttle if you can it is free, more comfortable, and has a better driver much safer than a taxi!

“Can we go back please!!!!!!”

Wow, what a wonderful hotel, we arrived in the morning a little travel weary, were greeted by lovely english speaking staff who were courteous and efficient, we were given a beautiful villa in the grounds but due to unforseen circumstances we had to change room, we were upgraded to a grande room, were given help to move and a lovely complimentary basket of fruit as an apology, what service!!!! The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, service was impeccable and we cant wait to go back next year, we love Italy and we really love the Sheraton group hotels- note to travellers wear really comfortable shoes!!!!!!

A really good hotel. No fuss. Very polite. Everything good.Bus into Rome good. Not cheap - wouldn't expect it to be so. Want cheap, go somewhere else! Visited many hotels in Europe. This is A1.
