Dear Guests, we have always accommodated you according to your every request, such as changing the room overlooking the garden. We ask for the payment of the city tax by cash (because it is not money from the structure but from the Municipality of Rome) and upon arrival For every your stay it was difficult your payment of the City tax. On the last day you booked the Deluxe room for one person but you were two (on Expedia reservation you can easy select two persons). You have disputed the request for payment of the second person. I was forced to call Expedia's call center for this reason. Cleaning of the rooms and of the structure is done daily. You sleepting late asking us not to do the cleaning. However, we asked you if you needed at least to change towels. We had agreed to pay the City tax on the day of check-out at h. 10:00 but you left at h. 7:30 without paying the also the extra of the minibar. Best regards!

Dear Guest, we contacted you to find out the arrival time without any response. The structure is small with only four rooms. For this reason we have no reception 24h / 24 but we can check in 24h / 24 with easy instructions. We also ask in the booking phase and then with an email the arrival time to organize your check-in. If we do not receive a reply, we send by email the instructions to enter the room. Obviously you didn't read it. For unexpected arrivals directly speaking on the phone or with whatsapp I refer the instructions to enter. I'm sorry for the hot water that was missing only in the shower. Thanks for letting us know. We immediately cleaned from the limestone. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi worked slowly due to the change of telephone provider. It works perfectly. Dear Guest, as can be see on the website and at the time of booking, the structure is not a hotel but a guesthouse and does not provide breakfast. The structure offers free to our customers a tea room, with a coffe/the machine and some snacks to be consumed 24/24 hours together with a tea or a coffee. The prices of the rooms are in fact much cheaper than a hotel. Apart from breakfast, the structure is equipped with many services and located in a very central position for visit only walking the city. The staff is present in the morning for cleaning and reception until lunch time. After this time, the hotel offers a desk with free telephone, free printer and free computer. This Relais is a very romantic and quiet guesthouse with only for rooms immersed in the fantastic and fashion trastevere area. Thank you for stayed at Relais Casa della Fornarina!

Dear Guest, I'm sorry for the poor opinion on the Relais. You phoned me the night before check-in at 1:00 for to ask me to leave your bags. The structure is small and therefore does not have a reception 24h / 24 but that is opened from 10:00am. I told you to come back the day after at 10:00am but you played at the door of the Relais on Sunday morning at h. 7:00 (the Guests were sleeping) for leave the luggage. I advised you again by mobile to come back at 10:00. The staff arrived at h. 9:30 for take your luggage. We showed you with our cell phone that the wi-fi works perfectly throughout the full structure. But you could not unlock your phone and computer. However the Guests can still use free the reception computer without password. We also explained to you how air conditioning is used. But you mistakenly turned on hot air conditioning! Best regards.
