Dear Mr Steph, Thank you very much for your review, we work in order to make it better every day more and your opinion is so important for us. You booked the double room in the main building that is the smallest room we have as it's written on expedia but we don't have a room of 14 meters square because for the italian law I couldn't have the right to sell it. We have in Italy a minimum size of the room. The room is 18 meters square. I personally wrote all the descriptions of the rooms , every single category in order not to disappoint our guests because I truely believe that we need to be honest to our guests in order to be trustable. I am very sorry that you didn't enjoy at your best the stay and I am looking forward to welcome you very soon to Intown Luxury House and I will do my best to make your stay that time unforgettable. For what concerns the need for a tea or a coffee I'd like to remind you that we made it very clear from the moment of the check in that since our reception is open 24hrs you could have ordered all the coffees or teas that you wished for. Dear Mr. William, Please be informing that; we had tried to contact you several times through email (In Attached), telephone. We never replied our emails even you didn’t answer the Expedia help desk phone calls. It’s clearly written to confirm your reservation you must provide a valid credit card, your credit card wasn’t valid. We simply ask you to modify your credit card or check with your bank but you never did. Therefore we has to cancel your reservation.
