“This hotel is not safe”
The location of the hotel is very good, right beside Rome Termini, and Metro. The general conditions of the hotel is reasonable. Don't leave any money in your room. The house keepers will take it. They took my wallet from my room. I also noticed that they touched our bags. I asked the front desk who cleaned my room. They refuse to tell me. In summary, the hotel is in a good location, and with reasonable condtion, but it is not safe.
“Not impressed”
Mould on the walls, dark rooms, not working lift.
“Very satisfied”
Keep up the good work!
“Great BUDGET hotel”
clean towels everyday - helpful staff - good location for the station
“The worst hotel ever !!!”
I booked at Urbis Hotel for an anniversary present, but for my surprise it was the worst hotel I have ever been and I have been to many countries in the world. I Knew that it was a cheap hotel but that should not be synonimus of been dirty. The room was horrible and dirty, you could not even walk without slippers because of the filthy rugs, the shower was awfull and dirty not leaving behind the shower curtains which were full of holes and mold, the towels were stained and full of holes also. The hotel wanted to change the towels only every three days even if we asked kindly to change them. The bed was uneven and dirty they did not change the beds for the whole stay over that was for six days. The tv had no signal every night.
“Not recommended”
We found this hotel to be dirty and in need of a face lift. Although there was a night watchmen on duty in the evening, he did not speak English so it was difficult to get questions answered. It is up on the second floor but the elevator is so small that there was not enough room in it for us and our suitcases.
“ideal location”
Great location if your carrying suitcases right across from termini nice walking distance to trevi and colloseum for those that ae fit and enjoy ding big cities by foot i felt it was close to markets and fashion too locatons is brilliant and considering it is low star the cleanliness was what i expected travellers will enjoy this place honeymooners will not
“Find another hotel on Expedia”
There was a charge for my son even though I had requested three twins and put two adults and a child under ten on the reservation. The hot water heater broke, no showers. For a similar price, Expedia shows plenty more hotels with rooms with a private shower. Desk clerk even committed on lack of cleanliness of hotel. Convenient location though.
“This hotel should not be on expedia”
I understand that this was a cheap hotel, and I didn't pay much for it. But even so, I did not expect this place to be such a dump. When we first walked into our room, we were welcomed by a cockroach and crusty towels. The size of the bathroom was decent, but cleanliness did not seem to be a concern of theirs. We asked for a safety deposit box, and they said they have one behind the counter....so basically you had to give all your valuables to the guy behind the front desk...which completely defeats the purpose. There was one very nice man at the front desk, but another one that was a complete jerk, who took our passports and wouldn't give them back until we paid the air conditioning bill (which we were told to pay when we checked out). I also remember the website saying they all spoke english - which several did, but every time you needed something it seems they didn't. On top of this, they would wake us up in the middle of the night because they thought we had too many people in our room, and they were wrong every time. For your sake, do not stay at this hotel!
