“Hidden deprhs”
Interesting and relatively quiet neighbourhood, Would stay there again. The annex rooms are really well decorated and you can see if the no 75 bus is waiting to take you to Termini. Very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
“Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a filling continental breakfast”
Friends of ours stayed here last year and recommended it to us due to its central location and helpful staff. It is a nice three star hotel so don't expect five star luxury. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and plenty to eat at breakfast. The lady who runs the dining room is a real character. The central location is great for the metro and buses. The check in staff were always helpful and considerate.
“Cant wait to go back”
The Hotel is ideally situated as it is only a five minute walk from Termini Station where the airport bus depot is. The rooms which are slightly small, are very clean and nicely furnished. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but adequate. There is a grocery store, Deli and lots of Resturants nearby. If you turn left when you leave the Hotel there is a nice restaurant at the end of the road on the right hand side. Meals start from 5 euros. We would definately stay at this Hotel again.
“Excellent value for the money”
Superb location, good restaurants nearby. Breakfast ok - given what you're paying it's very good value. Had a problem with noise from next room for a couple of nights, but hotel was happy to speak with them. Being so close to Termini is extremely useful - area may look seedy but never felt at risk. Would certainly stay here again - and recommend to others.
“Had a great stay”
I really liked this hotel, the staff were very helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and large enough and the breakfast was good compared to other continental breakfasts I have had. The location was really convenient for access to the train station and the sightseeing buses and all the main attractions were within walking distance (the hotel provided a very useful map). I would stay in this hotel again and I would definitely recommend it.
“Fantastic!”
What a great hotel! Located just by the station but you can easily saunter down to the colliseum. The breakfast room is fairly small, and the selection isn't great but the hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms spacious.
“Had a fabulous stay!”
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and helpful which made our stay lovely. It is a few minutes from the main station which made it convinient for travelling aroudn the city. We were able to leave bags in the hotel on our day of departure until our evening flight. A good choice for a short break to Rome.
“Good Central Location”

“Noisy staff”
The hotel is very convenient for all the attractions by bus, train, metro or walking. The continental breakfast was adequate but go early, if you arrive near to 10am there are no clean dishes. The beds are firm (which we liked), as are the pillows (which we didn't). The staff were courteous except the cleaning staff who insisted on talking outside in the corridors from 7am. The bedroom walls are not the problem - its the gap under the door - you can hear every whisper (and vacuum cleaner) from the corridor. Friends of ours were in the front of the hotel and said the noise from the road was bad but we did not experience this. If you want a clean, comfortable, convenient hotel book this one - but take earplugs!
“Good little place to stay”
Overall the room was as good as the four star I stayed in last year apart from a smaller television - but who watches much tv in Rome. Nice clean bathroom. Staff recommended a great little restaurant just down the road - lovely food and good value. A bit of street noise at night but I would definitely stay there again.
