We are so sorry that you didn’t like the room we gave you and we didn’t understand what happened with the reception staff where we were indicating the pots to put tips. From your comment we understood that you appreciated all the staff members.All hotel fridges are mini fridges to put some water, never the same size as home fridges, most of our clients appreciate the comfort ness of our mattresses, they even ask us the brand to buy them for home usage, we understand that every one of us has a personal choice, we cannot make everyone happy unfortunately.Again, we are sorry for not being the best.Kind regards
