“Would return in a heartbeat!”
We just returned from a week at the Hotel Majestic in Rome. We have never encountered in all of our years a friendlier, more helpful, or more professional staff in any other hotel. We tossed our books and relied on them entirely for recommendations for restaurants, etc. We were not disappointed in anything. To say that the hotel is convenienty located is an understatement. This is an older, absolutely charming hotel that has retained all of its elegance. If you are looking for glitz and glass elevators, this is not the place. But for real old-world, well maintained elegance, this is for you. Everyone on the staff was remarkable, which is a real tribute to the management. They made us feel like guests in their home.
“A little Roman Luxury”
Stayed for three nights on a Romantic break... Superb location within walking distance of everywhere you would want to see in Rome. Yes it's expensive, but then you can't get a coffee in Rome for less than 10 euros! The Hotel Majestic was truly splendid and we'd happily return when going to Rome again...
“High end boutique hotel”
Upscale boutique hotel. Nice staff. Room a little small. Room mini bar expensive. Otherwise fantastic hotel. Included breakfast was amazing.
“Great experience!”
Very good experience. Great internet access and tereffic front desk support.
“Lovely breakfast in a lovely setting.”
This was a lovely hotel in a great location. The breakfast was delicicious and the staff was very accommodating. The only downside was that the tub and sink drained slowly. We also asked the concierge to get us a taxi to the train station and the driver tried to charge us 18.5 euros for a 5 minute taxi ride.
“Beautiful Rooms and a great Dining Room with Fine Italian food!”
The Majestic was just perfect for a five night stay in so many ways. The first is L:OCATION,LOCATION, LOCATION! You can easily walk to all the traditional sights including the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Villa Borghese Park. The concierge and all the staff were super hospitable and helpful when we needed advice about dining and directions. The room service is fantastic and there are many interesting rooms and place to relax in such as lounges, the patio, and bar. Its also very close to several year round outdoor bistros.
“Luxury”
Had a great 2 night stay here. Expected it to be nice, but not as nice as it was. Staff were great, hotel very clean and really high standard. Have to say the plastic doors are a bit odd though. The hotel restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Not at all cheap, but very nice. Ate down the road the next night though, cheaper but not even close to the same quality. Really great stay.
“Very nice hotel.”
Very nice hotel and the location was great. The breakfast was very good. 99% of the staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to others going to Rome.
“class act”
excellent location and service, Nice breakfast and lovely room. Definately a 5 star atmosphere. Restaraunt and bar expensive, but this is Rome!
“Can't wait to go back!”
After just coming back from a fantastic 5 day break in Rome we have nothing but praise and happy memories from our trip. The Hotel majestic was just fantastic! Location was just the best, our room was lovely, spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. The turn down service at the end of a long day exploring was just what we needed. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, all our needs were met with a constant smile. It was the little touches that made us feel very well looked after. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we really look forward to returning in the not to distant future.
