“Great Hotel in a Comfortable Neighborhood”
The Hotel Fiume B&H has many positive attributes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The public areas and guest rooms are stylish and exceptionally well kept. The bathrooms are well appointed and have great toiletries. We found the breakfast to be exceptional, with hot and cold food and with oranges for making fresh juice. WiFi is included. The neighborhood is pleasant, with a number of restaurants and conveniences.
“Good value. Would stay again”
My husband and I stayed here on a recent 6 week trip. It was not close to the major attractions 9as in too far to walk) but the bus stop was around 2 mins away and took 10mins to get to ALL the major sights for $1. Breakfast was large and a good selection. The room was large and had a large comfortable bed and was kept very clean. The fit out was modern and chic. There were a number of good resturants all within 2 mins walking distance so we found that we went out all day, caught a bus back to the hotel around 7 or 8 o'clock, had dinner at a local resturant and then off to bed so the location of the hotel was convenient for us. Would stay again.
“I would go back!”
Convinient location with family tratorias around and not far from shightseeing
“good quality hotel, would recommend to others.”
The hotel is not very impressive when you step in, the rooms are on the smaller side liker other rooms in Europe, but they were nice and clean, and the bathroom was also ok. We felt very welcome, staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful when they could. Location is decent, you have to take a bus for a 3-4 stops to get to the tourist areas in the center. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The breakfast area looks very nice, and the quality is good although they had the same items almost the same every day. The one thing I enjoyed most the the breakfast was the orange juicer press machine, it was GREAT. You get to have freshly squeezed juice every morning. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to any friend.
“They Delivered!!”
WOW!! What a great hotel. It is was it says it is. The room was comfortable and stylish, the staff was great, food delisious and location ideal for us. The nearby reseraunts had great food at reasonable prices and not crowded. The local food shops were great for a wine and cheese snack. We could not have been happier with our selection. Way to go Hotel Fiume!!!
“Great hotel”
Everything about this place was great (very clean, very comfortable, good breakfast, modern/stylish, price, etc.). The only drawback is the location: about a 10-15 mins walk to the Republicca metro station and a 10 mins metro ride to the main sights. That being said, it was also nice to get away from all the crowds at the end of the day. The receptionist will also tell you which buses to take if you want to go somewhere not accessible by metro.
“Excellent”
Highly recommend this hotel, stayed there for 5 nights in September. Very clean, modern design, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Located in quiet residential area, 25 minutes walk to all significant sites. Bus stop near-by. Would definitely come back!
“Nice Hotel not great Location.”
It as good overall, but bad location.
“Fabulous location, great hotel!!”
Hotel Fiume is tucked away in a lovely neighborhood that is close enough to walk to all main attractions in Rome. The hotel staff was more than accomodating - recommending great places to eat & what streets/buses to take. There are several very good restaurants and bars right around every corner. There is shopping, bus stops, pizza & gelato, bakeries, and wine shops within a few blocks. Would definitely stay here again!!
“Very recommended!”
Great hotel. We got our room 3 hours before check in time just because our flight landed early. The hotel is near local restaurants and stores. The hotel was very clean and comfort, with the kindest service we’ve met. The fact that the hotel is located outside of the tourist area was a great advantage to us- since there were good restaurants in a reasonable price, and you could really see the local life. We enjoyed every minute.
