We really enjoyed our stay,it was in a good location and the location was perfect for being near the main train station but not close enough to cause alot of noise. The staff were friendly and always helpful.. would definitely stay there again.
Breakfast buffet is incredible. Pastries were delicious. Room was clean and was able to open the windows for fresh air. Walkable from the main train station and local metro. Couple of grand churches are very close by. Extremely helpful front desk.
Nice hotel in a very convenient location near the Opera House. Could walk to many attractions including Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and others. Also close to Termini Train Station. Friendly staff.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we felt safe, breakfast are delicious, our room is beautiful with balcony. The Receptionist (Lesley) is very kind and nice . It was very close to the Station and to the tourist area. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
This was a great place to stay. The roof top garden was incredible. We enjoyed the sunset while drinking our wine. Staff was great and the bed was comfy!
This property is centrally located. It is a 5 minute walkfrom Roma Termini. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is also very good. The only downside is that there is a lot of noise coming from the street at night. There is a lot of restaurants and nearby stores.

Hotel is a little older and definitely needs some upgrades but it was clean and in a good area.
Wonderful hotel to stay in while in Rome. Close to train station and many restaurants. Persons at front desk friendly. Room very clean and tidy. A good variety of foods for breakfast. Only hotel I stay in while visiting Rome.
The room that we had was not the rooms pictured on hotels.com we got an old room that had not been updated it all and it was Tiny
The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever tried to sleep in and the pillows were less than an inch thick and I called down to the desk and asked for pillow so they sent up two more crappy 1-in flat pillows and didn't do anything about the uncomfortable bed first couple pictures are of the black mold growing in the shower place was old and run down
This was our first stay at Hotel Diana. We were thrilled with the friendly and efficient clerks at the front desk, as well as the elegance of the lobby. However, our floor (#1) reeked of mildew, the carpets were filthy, the shower was filthy and the water wouldn’t drain.
Hoping to return to better conditions next year.
Location is close to the main Rome train station which was a big draw for us as we were only staying one night and arriving and departing by train. Otherwise I’d recommend other neighborhoods in Rome over this one as the restaurants were not the greatest.
The hotel itself was very nice, a little outdated but clean, friendly staff, and the breakfast was greatly appreciated.
We were there on a rainy day so we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop but it looked very cute.

Very nice property. The lobby was welcoming with plenty of lobby seating. The elevator was large. The room was recently remodeled, spacious, clean and well stocked. The view from the room was excellent! We stayed in a room for 3 -room 223. Only downside was no English channels, they listed CNN international, but it did not work. Overall the hotel was excellent.

The property was in a great location and within walking distance to many venues, however if found the property to be very tired and in need of some TLC.
The hotel is quaint, lovely and in in excellent location. The staff was wonderful !! The rooms are clean and well appointed. The rooftop garden restaurant is beautiful and the food is outstanding and prepared by skilled chefs. A special thank you to Roberto our waiter.
Close to station - staffs friendly and willing to accomodate.

Staff were pleasant but the building was dated and the breakfast service was poor and disorganised. 1 room was very dated and the cleaning should have been better with some cups and glasses being left uncleaned. There was a 45 minute delay in our room being ready which was actually 1 hour and 45 mins after the advertised check-in time. Reception staff were pleasant and gave complimentary drinks. However, when we arrived at the 'ready' room the cleaner was still finishing the room. Overall it was okay.

My sister and I requested twin single beds, what was provided was a double bed and then a made up sofa bed. My sister advised that whilst the sofa bed did have a proper mattress on it, the mattress was not very comfortable.
The overhead shower head was also problematic, with the water not coming out of the sprouts but pouring out at the edge. It’s hard to describe but the shower head needs replacing.
Breakfast was good was a wide range of options.
