The staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is located within a block of Pantheon and only a few blocks away form the Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia, and even the Coosseo, so it’s very much walkable to a lot of different tourist sites. The breakfast was very good as well. Our room was very small and dark with no window to the outside, which was not great (and we were told this was an upgraded deluxe room). Otherwise it was a good mid-city hotel.
