“Fantastic location, cant wait to return!”
Staff all went out of their way to help us, very friendly! Hotel was very close to all the attractions we were visiting, and on a street full of shops and restaurants..fantastic!
“best location hotel in Rome”
Stayed for a week at The Eurostars International hotel in june 13-20th and I found the hotel's location convenient for transport to most attractions - the Termini bus station is short walking distance, so is the metro. It's in the main shopping street as well with lovely shops along the length of the Via nazionale. Breakfast good with a lot of variety of foods to choose from, most staff friendly and helpful.Rooms not big but fully furnished and clean. if I decide to visit Rome again I'll definitely stay there again
“SUPERB HOTEL IN ROME”
Have just returned from 4 days in Rome staying at the Eurostars International Palace hotel and can not praise the hotel highly enough. Superb central location - with a good, reasonably-priced restaurant opposite. Clean, comfy rooms. Very helpful staff. When we next go to Rome, this is where we will stay.
“Super location”
Wonderful holiday. Our emphasis was on visiting Ancient sites. Glad I researched the areas I would be visiting first as this was the main influence for my hotel choice which was spot on for our budget.
“Will definetely visit Rome again”
Very helpuful staff at reception, room very clean and tidy, within walking distance from all sites, 5 min from metro. Highly recommended!
“Great Hotel, Great Location”
This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location for seeing the majority of the big sights on foot.
“Extremely Impressed!”
The receptionist was polite and always smiling. Our room smelt a little damp so we mentioned this and they changed our room with absolutely zero fuss to a larger one. The location was perfect and we could walk to most places. The hotel staff gave great directions and there's a DESPAR supermarket right across the street! The bus stops are literally 10seconds from the hotel and the termini is all of 5mins from the hotel which made it an easy commute from the airport. There are restaurants all around the hotel but they do shut between about 4pm and 7pm but you can always get a sandwich close by. Internet access is free on the ground floor but there are only 2 computers so you will need to be patient and considerate. The Roma Pass gives you access to all public transport for 3days and free access to 2monuments(Castel Sant' Angelo & Colosseum for example).
“Very good hotel”
The hotel was great - the reception staff were beyond helpful and offered fantastic local knowledge such as restaurants and the best way to get around the city. The building is beautiful too and feels authentic to the city. I would definitely recommend staying here - great location, lovely hotel and helpful staff.
“no complaints at all”
Despite reading damming reviews on trip advisor prior to our visit, we found these to be completely unfounded. Staff were more than helpful, room was small but totally adequate for our needs and tea and coffee making facilities quickly furnished on request. We had a fabulous time!!
“Would definately recommend, you can walk to most of the sights in 15 minutes!”
Me and my boyfriend have just returned from a week long holiday in Rome. We stayed at the Eurostars International Palace after reading great reviews and for a 4 star hotel in that area, it was a great price. It is a 15 minute walk from Termini Station. We got the train from Fiumicino Airport which took about 30 minutes and cost 15 euros each. We checked in about 1pm and our room was ready for us. We had just booked the standard double room without breakfast, and from photos we were expecting a room which looked a little dated, but we were pleasantly suprised to find our room on the 3rd floor had a modern feel and had plenty of space. We looked out onto a sort of courtyard area below which I suppose was not great, but better than being on the loud Via Natzionale I think. I think the position of our room was good because we were only joined to one other room and it was bathroom to bathroom. Half an hour after we checked in, an employee came to our room with a bottle of sparkly water and some peanuts! Really nice touch. You can walk to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, 'The Wedding Cake' etc within 15 minutes and the metro which goes to the Vatican is a 5 minute walk away and very easy to use. Overall the hotel is great and would definately stay there again! :o) P.S. Go to Est Est Est for a meal! Turn left out of the hotel and take the next street to the left. It is on the left at the end of the street. We had our best meal of the holiday there!
