“Wonderful Hotel, would go back every time I'm in Rome”
The hotel was in a clean safe neighborhood, walking distance from most attractions. The staff was helpful, the rooms, although small, were clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a perfect start to each day.
“Nice location!”
I spend a few days, in the hotel.Everything was find, the room was very clean and the service from the housekeeping excellent! The breakfast was buffet with plenty of thinks. The staff in the breakfast room & the blue restaurant was proffesional. The lady from the reservation department was very good in her job. Μy complaints about the Front Office Desk staff are the following: - They did not give me any map, about the surrounding neighborhood and they were not very helpful giving informations about the sights of Rome. -They did not transfer important message from my family to me. - I would prefer to give more attention to their guests. The location of the hotel was convenience (10-20 minutes ) a walk to Fontana di Trevi , Piazza Barberini,Piazza di Spagna.
“Very Enjoyable”
Great location, within walking distance of train station, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Barbarini. Small hotel and very clean, but very small bathroom. Very nice experience but front desk staff not very approachable or friendly. Overall still enjoyable and would go back.
“A great place to stay for experiencing Rome”
The hotel was well-situated and lovely though it took an uphill walk from the nearest metro station at Barberini to get there. Still, the hotel was clean and had a very nice breakfast buffet. Internet use is 5 euro for 1 hour within a 24 hour period either from Internet TV in the room or a PC terminal in the lobby. No wifi. Hotel staff was helpful.
“A wonderful stay”
This is a great hotel with a convenient location in a good neighborhood. The nearby restaurant - Teverna Flavia, recommended by the hotel was so good that we returned three times. The only drawback was the small size of the room, which while typical of European hotels, was somewhat inconvenient.
“Simple yet good.”
Clean, good location if you do not mind walking 15/20 mins to places. Very good staff who were helpful
“Well Positioned”
The Hotel was warm friendly and inviting. The room was good size with a comfortable bed and clean. The front desk staff provided any information you required and you were given a comprehensive map of the city. There were several restaurants within a few yards, bus stops quite close and the Metro about half a mile away.
“Venice's Hotel”
We stay at the hotel just for one night, and we like it a lot, everything inside was great. The only thing that we don,t like is: the vaporetto leave you in the pier with all your luggage and you have to walk three blocks from there to get the hotel.
“OK”
Good hotel although not as impressed as others who rated it higher than we did. Staff friendly. Excellent breakfast but loaction could have been better. Varied experiences with the locals. Asked to pay 24 euros for 2 ice creams. When questioning the amount they were snatched back... watch out for the ice cream parlour near the Spanish steps. (no name!) 100 euro lunches/evening meals were the normal, but hey ho... when in Rome ...
“Hotel Palace”
Nice hotel with a friendly staff. The neighborhood is quiet yet an easy walk to the Via Veneto area.
