Great place to stay - close to main train station - 5min walk or 2nd stop on metro. Very courteous and helpful checkin. Elevator was nice after days walk in the city. Nice self serve kitchen - great for wake up coffee when getting ready in the morning. Also great when ordering takeout and eat back "at home".
Very comfortable and safe neighborhood. Would recommend for anyone who's comfortable with doing things are your own.

The hotel is a B&B which is kinda flat with 3 rooms in a building. We had to wait for almost 30 mins outside the main entrance before we were admitted..nobody answered the buzzer outside and moreover, the hotel contact numbers were not answered. The room was good. However, the hotel does not clean it daily..the towels, sheets doesnt get replaced during your stay even if you ask them to do so. Hotel location was good..all public transport was easily available. We had issues with breakfast as well..Kitchen was open all through the day for use which was good..however dont expect that the kitchen stock would be re-filled everyday. By the time we were ready for breakfast, kitchen was out of food.

Breakfast is pretty rubbish at a packaged croissant and coffee. The hotel is clean and offers free wifi which is good.
The main downside was the fact that they did not accept credit cards so beware when Expedia tells you how much it is in GBP as it will vary when you have to pay in cash.

Lucca, the owner and manager of the bed and breakfast, met us outside and welcomed us warmly! He quickly checked us in and gave us information on how everything in the facility and in our room worked, and also oriented us to the area, including restaurants nearby. This is a family-run bed and breakfast, so they do their best to give you personal attention. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including a small outdoor deck where we sat and had coffee and relaxed. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast included a great deal of variety. And Lucca makes an excellent cup of American coffee! He gives shuttle rides to and from the airport for 10 Euros, which we thought was very reasonable. The airport is only 5 to 10 minutes away, so it's easy and quick to go back and forth. The bed and breakfast is located in a fairly industrial area, so there's not much to see there. The most important reason to stay here is for easy access to the Rome airport, and for the nice qualities of the facility and Lucca himself.
Great value for my money. The location is good because it's close to the tram, metro and buses. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I found inconvenient was the fact that there is a bar close to it and one of the nights was a little too loud.
Loved the room! The nicest room from all 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip! With its fridge, tea kettle and small cute table by the window it made us feel like home:)
Francesco, the owner is very nice and professional. When we arrived he was waiting for us outside. He informed us that bed in our room was broken but he arranged for us to stay at another B&B across the street which was awesome too!
Stay at Roma is 10 min away by foot from Termini train and Metro station in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended! When in Rome will definitely stay again! Thank you Franceso!
21 Aprile House was a fantastic base for exploring Rome. The room couldn't have been cleaner or Lorensa and Davide more pleasant, they really did think of every detail to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
