"Clean and tidy hotel in quiet location."
This was a great hotel for a short break in Rome. The staff were very efficient and obliging, especially the porter. Although the hotel is across the river from the main points of interest in the city, it is ideally located and in a quiet location. It was only a short walk to the Roman forum and other areas. Breakfast at the hotel was super with a wide range of food stemming from cooked breakfast to a huge array of fruit and pastries. We liked the outdoor terrace area which was a perfect place to have breakfast in the morning and relax after a heavy day spent sight seeing.

"Fantastic location"
Great hotel within such easy reach of all attractions. Throughout our stay we didn't need to use public transport or taxis to get around. Hotel staff lovely and all spoke very good English. Check in and check out quick and easy. The hotel is a little tired and dated but everything is clean and what you would expect from a longstanding hotel. Breakfast very good and even provided a small hot food selection, which we were not expecting. We heard a few guests moaning about not knowing where breakfast room was but you only had to ask to check!!!! Drinks at bar reasonably priced and staff were great, tempting you with nibbles while you drink. No free wifi anywhere in hotel and whilst we were there for a holiday, nowadays it is very much expected to be available, at least in main hotel areas. This is something this hotel really does need to get sorted. Televisions in rooms a bit dated and care should be taken regarding the extensive channel selections in various languages - whilst good, if you choose to use out with the basic news channels, then it is at around 20 euros per day!!!! Rooms clean and spacious. We had a lovely time here and would definitely stay again.

"Complete Disappointment"
It's certainly not a hotel as there is no Front Desk or Office. Understandably being that it's a B&B, the set up is different from a typical hotel. But it is very concerning when the airport shuttle driver is the PBX operator, and the listed number for the property is his personal cell phone. They also do not disclose that they so not take credit cards and require cash payment in full upfront. Don't expect any registration cards or anything of that sort either. And the receipt is hand-written. Certainly different from a typical hotel or B&B. oh, and lets not forget what they classify as continental breakfast is a bunch of pastry sitting on the counter.
