Great place to stay - close to main train station - 5min walk or 2nd stop on metro. Very courteous and helpful checkin. Elevator was nice after days walk in the city. Nice self serve kitchen - great for wake up coffee when getting ready in the morning. Also great when ordering takeout and eat back "at home".
Very comfortable and safe neighborhood. Would recommend for anyone who's comfortable with doing things are your own.

Loved the room! The nicest room from all 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip! With its fridge, tea kettle and small cute table by the window it made us feel like home:)
Francesco, the owner is very nice and professional. When we arrived he was waiting for us outside. He informed us that bed in our room was broken but he arranged for us to stay at another B&B across the street which was awesome too!
Stay at Roma is 10 min away by foot from Termini train and Metro station in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended! When in Rome will definitely stay again! Thank you Franceso!
21 Aprile House was a fantastic base for exploring Rome. The room couldn't have been cleaner or Lorensa and Davide more pleasant, they really did think of every detail to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We loved staying here. The staff was terrific and the room was great. We stayed in the blue room. We loved having breakfast on our terrace each morning. Close to the Vatican but far enough away to escape the tourists. You can catch the Metro just a couple of blocks away. Best gelato across the street. Denesi Cafe next door was the best!

We just got back from our trip to Italy and this was the first bed and breakfast place we stayed at. Both my wife and I were very pleased with Domus Manlii. Fabrizia is the owner of the property and she was very friendly and helpful the night we arrived. She also emailed us a couple days prior to arriving to ask if we needed transportation from the airport. Although the transportation was 40 Euro ~ $60, it is pretty much worth it because unless you've been in Rome before the last thing you will want to do after traveling is trying to figure out the train/bus schedule or catching a cab. The private transportation picks you up just outside of the baggage claim area.
The overall location of this property was excellent for us. We were in Rome for only 3 days. One day we spent going to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. All you needed to do was walk a couple of blocks and catch one bus (64) and you're there in about 25 minutes. Once you're there every attraction is within walking distance (bring a comfortable pair of walking shoes). The next day we spent in Vatican City and Sistine Chapel. This B&B is just outside the Vatican walls so getting there only required us to walk about 8-10 minutes. From there we walked to the Trevi Fountain and saw the Spanish steps.
There are plenty of good local restaurant options in the area as well.

I loved our time here. A little haven away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of rome.
The piramide metro stop is just around the corner, the metro takes you to all the major spots. The next stop is the colleseum!
We arrived and were met by Lorenzo who left is keys and explained everything. Free wifi and use of the kitchen (which, for a couple on a budget was fab, plenty of supermarkets around). We didn't see him after that and pretty much had the place to ourselves.
Lovely room, quiet at night.
The bathroom was clean with a fab shower.
I'd recommend anyone to come here. Comfortable, close to the centre.
