The staff was very friendly. The first room we were given smelled like someone smoke marijuana or something in it. The smell was a bit overpowering. After going back to the lobby to request a different room, the front desk person was very apologetic and they didn’t have any problem accommodating us with a different room. The new room was definitely better; however, there was some pieces trash in the floor (pieces of a wrapper) in the corner by the chair and a fork on the floor by the mini fridge. The room was cool and the air conditioner worked well. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel halls smelled of cigarette smoke. The only things available that are in working condition at the ‘gym’ are cardio machines (bike, treadmill, elliptical). All in all, the room and experience was average and what’s expected at the price. I have definitely stayed in more expensive places that were way worse, so not really complaining. It’s not a bad place. May need to make a couple improvements, but I would stay here again if any reason brought me back to the area.

It was just a quick overnight stay for us so we didn’t have a lot of interactions with the staff but what little we did it was pleasant. Everything was clean and quiet. Simple in and out.

Clean, big rooms no breakfast though anf there was a discrepancy on the pet fee charge. Orbotz saod $10 front desk said $50. Oof

This location no longer is serving continental breakfast. Pool was dirty and unkept. There was a report of roaches present visible on the front desk.

Bad experience
The room was a bit dirty, online it doesn’t say so but they aren’t serving a full hot breakfast like they offer in their ads. The hot tub is filled in and not usable. They don’t say online but there is a $100 deposit for those that live in the state of Mo. The card reader was malfunctioning so I had to go back online just to pay. Overall a bad experience so I won’t be staying here again.

Stay away! This place says it has the following: pool, hot tub, gym, and continental breakfast. It had none of these. I don’t think the carpets have been cleaned in over 20 years. This hotel was very dirty and smelly!!

Worst property I’ve ever stayed in.. bugs in the beds! Refused to refund money.. had to leave and go to a different hotel. Staff was nasty and rude! I’d give negative stars if I could.. avoid this place at all costs!

When I booked it said breakfast and pool. They served granola bars and juice for breakfast and pool was under maintenance. The comforter had holes, mysterious stains EVERYWHERE. the curtains were disgusting. Felt like I was going to go through the floor while showering. Glad to have left - I over paid for this hotel.
