When I went to check in the staff were nice, I then realized that I had forgotten to ask for a 1st floor room because of a health condition that I have. Anthony was very accommodating and made the change quickly even though his co-worker had stated they were full. The room was very clean, the bed linens, and towels were very clean and fresh. The only complaints I have is that the garbages around the hotel rooms outside were full and had many bags of garbage around the floor at the bottom of the garbage cans when I checked in and they were still there that evening and the next morning. Also the deadbolt on my door was broken which was concerning since there were always young people (between 6-8 people) hanging out on the balconies on their telephones at all times of the day and night. Also the flooring in the room had not been washed in a while- I had my dog's water bowl on the floor and when I went to wipe up a spill, I had a lot of dirt on the paper towel. The other thing that would have been nice is just a book in the room with some hotel information such as how to check out, where to call with certain questions, etc. I realize they wanted to cut costs but a few sheets of paper wouldn't cost much. Anthony really saved my stay here and the room was very nice. Loved the location with regards to restaurants and the interstate!!!!

The hotel is very nice and either new or updated. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean, nice and comfortable. The restaurant was great for the morning buffet we had. My girls went to the pool and it was nice and clean.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay except for the fan running whenever you turn the bathroom light on. The room was clean. Nice to have a microwave and frig. Will definitely stay there again when I am in town. Also was surprised they shuttled us to the bus pick up.
