“very good location and can't beat the price”

Was very impressed, was definitely worth the money. Went for wedding of niece and had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again when going to the area.

“fine for what it is”

Our experience was positive. No frills, clean, and conveniently located in Rock Falls. We were there only one night, but staff was friendly, and I would recommend it to anyone watching their budget.

“Not impressed”

Air conditioner didn't work. No Ironing boards or irons. Funny smell to the room and some what dirty.
