Location on beach as well as walkout into palm trees and clear sound of ocean was super nice.We felt we had privacy despite proximity to other suites.Wonderful sunrise view from suite.Heated plunge pool on ocean side was the best. Overall property was a little dated but very well maintained. Will definitely be back.

Great! Awesome!
One of the best hotels in Tulum! Hydrotherapy was awesome! Food was delicious!! Beautiful beach front property with parking. Lights out after dark though, no lights in the beach area because of turtles need to make their way to the ocean.

The Beach is a fantastic place to stay in Tulum if you want nothing but ‘the beach’ and a relaxing mellow stay. Spa was amazing as was breakfast next door at frescos every day. Service went above and beyond one morning as we had some funky seafood the night before in town and were provided with free coconut water and ginger ale :) if and when we return Tulum, we will strongly consider staying there again

The hotel was great. Only negative feedback is the area was still having a seaweed problem as of early November, but the hotel did its best to keep the beach clean. There are also a couple of hotels down the beach with thumping dance party music playing well into the night. The sound travels up and down the beach.

The Beach Tulum is the perfect romantic getaway, with spacious rooms situated right on the beach, you will not want to leave. We booked the large Junior suite for our August honeymoon, and we were not disappointed. Views from the bed overlooked the ocean, and we fell asleep with the natural sound of the waves. The hotel is situated right in between all of the hot Tulum restaurants. The included breakfast at Fresco's and Ziggy's was a huge bonus, very quality food to be included in the price. The hotel is very quiet, with access to the party scene at other hotels down the beach. The staff was attentive to our every need through whatsapp. We stayed during hurricane Grace, and I think this is a true test to customer service. All surrounding shops and hotels were closed. The area shut down for almost 2 days, but the restaurants at the hotel stayed open for the guests and there were people available for the guests to work with 24/7. I will be booking The Beach Tulum again due to the beautiful rooms, the quiet romantic feel, the location, and the attention to the guests needs. Dont hesitate on booking this hotel

Everything about this hotel was top of the line. The views, the rooms, complimentary breakfast, yoga, and the best thing of all the service. Alejandria made our stay so magical, she offered the best recommendations, made accommodations for every meal and party reservation. She single-handedly put together our itinerary on the busiest weekend in Tulum. Ivan provided us with the best drinks, company and helped us find the best places to party. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s in the middle of everything.

I loved everyone about this hotel, the beach, the room with an amazing beach front and superb service from everyone in the hotel. I felt as if I just came from Paradise, the entire place is very serene, targeted to making you feel very special and care free. The breakfast was beyond any expectations delicious and super healthy. Everyday yoga classes were taught by great instructors and offered once per day at 8:30, wish there was another class offered in the afternoon.

Excellent location in the middle of Tulum but quiet and private hotel. Fantastic top class, super efficient service, excellent location with a big semi private beach , not crowded on our beach which is really nice, excellent location of the rooms with the sea view. Food is ok, could be better but you are in Tulum so so many choices to go out and eat and taste new things around. I’ll be back!
