Among the Royal Hideaway's amenities is a full-service health-and-beauty spa offering various massage techniques, body and facial treatments, and hair and nail care (surcharges for all products, treatments, and services). A personal attendant is on duty at the fitness center 12 hours a day.

The main building is set apart from the yellow lodging villas by its rose color and contains a 24-hour business center with four computers offering complimentary high-speed Internet access. A library is stocked with books and near the lobby, complimentary DVDs are available. Like all major Riviera Maya hotels, this Playa Del Carmen resort has a water-purification system.

The Chef's Table at the resort's signature restaurant, Las Ventanas, features a bi-weekly dining experience in which guests can interact with the resort's executive chef and his team.
