This boutique hotel was such a wonderful find. The food is AMAZING, especially for a half board. I mean, I had one of the best paellas of my life, FILLED with seafood... couldn't believe this was part of the package. The drinks were also fantastic, their piña coladas were so delicious. Not too sweet, with a hint of freshly shaved cinnamon and dried pineapple as a garnish... 1000/10. Their yoga studio is very cute, and I really appreciated the front desk letting me and my sister use it in the afternoon for pilates on our own accord. My only two let downs were the condition of out room & some of the staff. We stayed in a room in the main building (not a bungalow), and the air filter in our bathroom was covered in mold. The daily cleaning was kind of done heartedly, even if we left tips. Staff was hit or miss - some were extremely friendly, others seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but here. I will most likely be back - next time in a bungalow!

Great by place to come and stay. Right on the beach. The only downside to this place is the availability to parking is very low. Quiet place and about 20 min from downtown Playa.

We were so happy to stay this hotel ! Hidden hotel . Definitely recommend . So delicious meals include breakfast and dinner . I felt like it was a 5star hotel meal every night. Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful experience . I’m also took yoga, sound healing class and massage as well . Those experiences were also wonderful . Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful, low-key boutique option for those looking to avoid the mega resorts. It is quiet and very peaceful. You really feel like you are tucked away in the jungle. The half board covers breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is buffet-style, and you can supplement the buffet offerings by ordering anything off the breakfast menu you'd like. They offer two entree choices for dinner. One evening they had taco night, which was set up like a street taco stand with many offerings in terms of meat and toppings. There was live entertainment every night. Drink prices are very reasonable. My wife and I charged the majority of our drinks during our five day stay to our room and in the end our drink bill was only $114 US. The beach is walkable for a long distance in either direction. If you go to the left you will encounter several larger resorts and restaurants. We rented a cabana with an ocean view, which I highly recommend. It was like being in a log cabin in the jungle. Getting to the hotel by rental car was a bit tricky without GPS (as our phones didn't work in Mexico except when connected to the internet.) We had to stop and ask for directions which was no big deal. The resort is several turns off the main road coming down from Cancun. They also offer Yoga and other wellness experiences. The staff is friendly and offer personal service that is not intrusive.

We had the best time! I’m celiac and the staff did a great job accommodating my gluten allergy. The beach and bungalows were such great scenery. And we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing little gem outside of Playa. Great alternative to the mega resort all inclusive. Our family of 5 (3 kids under 12) thoroughly enjoyed our week here and hope to be back soon!

It’s a magical place! Everyone is so kind and friendly and food is delicious. The live music they have daily is great. I recommend this place 100 percent and I will definitely come back :)

Can’t put into words how great this resort is, we stayed here for four nights. We traveled as a family and we felt so safe, far from home. We did run into a small issue but was solved right away by management! Not sure why this place isn’t a 5 star resort. Breakfast and dinner are a plus! Room: We stayed in a cabin was very clean and well put together. The air conditioner works great, I wish the room had a bigger restroom it was very hard to change. This room didn’t have an TV, but the other rooms that are not cabins do. There were insects like ants and mosquitoes inside the room everytime you would open the door but nothing to bad. Other than that it was great we felt like we were out in the jungle and had our own space. Great for families! Staff: Incredible staff, they go out their way just to make sure you are taken care of. Most of the staff were very friendly, there are some that are not. However the best member of the staff was Martin. He was always making sure we were taken care of. He was always making sure we had a bite. After a long trip, we got to the resort late, we weren’t sure if we were able to go get served because we got there late. He made sure we had something in our stomachs. Overall a great experience, especially because u are so close to the beach. Only 20 minutes away from Playa del Carmen city section. Would totally visit again!

Good place to stay for a cheap price! The staff are incredibly friendly and help out. The location is farther from other resorts but it makes it more peaceful as not too many people we’re staying. Overall good experience.

Oh my gosh we loved this place!! Small, pretty, right on the beach, delicious food and friendly staff. Very nice layout, with the sea breeze reaching down to everyone. Breakfast AND dinner were included, which we didn't even realize. A long stretch of beach to walk in both directions with some good sandy swim areas very near by. What the "old Playa" used to be like, some said. We would definitely stay at this wonderful little spot again!!!!

Liked that it was a smaller property and not a massive monolith. Beach is a little rocky, like the rest of that area. Beach was well kept. Entertainment was excellent. BBQ night was awesome! Parking was a little tight.
