Pristine property! Everything from the rooms to the restaurants, pool and the beach was exceptionally clean and beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. Love the Japanese restaurant and the buffets were delicious! Can’t wait to visit this resort again!

Food was excellent. Facilities were top notch. Only complaint I would have is that when we checked in the sit down restaurant availability was very limited. The buffet is incredible though.

Loved this resort. Everything is grand- thought we were in Las Vegas. We have stayed at numerous VIP resorts in past so the only thing I can complain about is the lack of little things butlers usually do for us...example- run a bath, bring appetizers. The butlers were good for reserving restaurants but thats it basically. Cleanest resort we have ever been to and all staff were amazing!!

We have stayed here several times, last in 2019. The main changes we noticed were: 1. Easier to make and change dinner reservations 2. All restaurants were great, except that the choice at the Mexican restaurant seemed limited. House wine quality was terrible and needs improvement 3. Breakfast and lunch buffet selections were very good 4. There was no longer the option of the dinner buffet; please bring that back! 5. Entertainment was very disappointing because of the location in the lobby rotunda. Viewing was impeded by shrubs, and it does a disservice to both guests and performers. I think that this is a major negative change. I was not prepared to pay $125 pp for the Ilusio show. Entertainment needs to move back into the theater or the pool side. 6. My compliments to the staff for their courtesy and attentiveness. Special compliments for Eusebio, our server at the Venezia! 7. I recommend that the room fridge be restocked daily, not just when requested. Overall, we had a great stay.

Been to the Iberostar Grand 6 times now. Lots of changes now. No more butler service. Staff was friendly and very attentive. My room was aged but excellent maid and turndown service. Hotel has definitely aged. Pool excellent. Pool bar bartenders aren’t as attentive As they use to be. Drinks were just ok. I asked the hotel staff to bring liquor 43 to the pool bar 3 times and they never did. They trots pass off a cheap replacement. Other changes are no more shows in the Colosseum theater every night. Overall a great stay and still a great hotel.

Iberostar Grand Paraiso
This hotel is by far the best we have stayed in. The facilities were so beautiful, clean, and spacious. Our room was spectacular. The food was the best no matter where we ate! Service couldn't be better!

The property is outstanding. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is overall very kind. The food is excellent. My only concern is that there was a lot of maintenance going on with the roadways and one of the jacuzzis by one of the pools. Also, the housekeeper didn’t always completely restock the mini bar.
