“Great hotel, great location, great price! will def come back!”

What more can you ask for? Ocean Front bedroom. best view ever, around the corner of 5th ave. where all the restaurants and nightclubs are located. Friendly staff. Massages on the beach for a very low price. Awesome drinks and food. Refrigerator and AC. Everything you need for an awesome price. I still cant get over the view of the beach from my balcony! breathtaking! Only complaint is that the hotel next door plays music ubntil 2 am.. but around the area all the hotels have the same issue. For the price you get a lot!

“March 20th - 26th, 2012”

Older hotel in great condition. Well kept, clean, good price-had double bed room. Helpfull and friendly staff. Great views of ocean and Cozumel from upper levels. Great location as it is right on the beach. Had plenty of loungers. Had one noisy night out of 6 and it started later.

“Pelicano”

I made a reservation for a ocean front room and when i arrived there the room was not available. They gave me a room ocean view for one night and the next day i moved to the ocean front. It was the only problem that i had.

“Wonderful Hotel and staff, but very loud neighbors”

We have stayed at the Pelicano more than a dozen times in the past 10 years. It is one of the Best locations in Playa with a wonderful beach out front. The staff were great and extremely helpful. BUT, the big problem is the Club Fusion one block away on the beach. They play drums and crank up the bass every night and till midnight and 3:00AM on weekends. The noise shakes your room and it is impossible to get a good nights sleep.

“Not a good place to stay”

Very unfriendly staff, specially the night guy. The room is very basic and not good keeping. The bathroom had a really bad smell to it. The electrical plug was coming out of the wall and the air conditioner, althought it worked well, right next to it on thr wall there was a hole on the wall. Friday and saturday night the hotel next to ours play really laud music until 0230 AM. I will NOT come back to this hotel and will NOT recomend this hotel to anyone.
