“Very nice boutique option for a smaller budget”

Everyone was courteous. The rooms and property very clean and nicely decorated. In room safes were not working at the time of our stay but I believe they are on the process of installing safes again. They locked up our passports at the front desk though. Mattress was very comfortable. Water was hot. Small fridge in room was very convenient, though I think there was short in the fridge's electrical system, and it made contiunous noises, which can be a problem for light sleepers. Good hotel I would definitely stay here again.

“Good Experience”

This is small neighborhood hotel with great location and service. Very nicely decorated, very good beds, clean bathrooms and has a wonderful tapas and local cuisine restaurant. Fantastic breakfasts...try the Huevos Ranchos. The hotel is about four blocks from the beach and three block from 5th Ave. which puts you right near the action but not close enough that you have the noise and all night activity under your window. Both the hotel and restaurant staff could not have been happier to provide us with any service we requested. Will stay again next time we are in Playa Del Carmen.

“It's ok...”

“Clean and quiet, good location”

The hotel is only a couple of blocks away from the main street (5th Avenue) and the beach is a few more blocks away from there. The room was very clean, but the furniture and decoarations looked a bit old. There was a nice big flat screen TV, though. The atmosphere of the hotel is very quiet and relaxed. There is a nice pool, but it is in the shade most of the day, so you have to go to the beach if you want a tan.

There's an "OXO" 24-hour convenience store one block away from the hotel.

“Clean, Spacious, Quiet & Friendly”

Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, property kept very clean. Friendly, helpful staff, and attractive common areas.

“Hotel agréable”

Hotel bien situé, calme, pas loin de la plage et centre ville. Personnel parle anglais, ce qui est pratique si n'on ne parle pas espagnol.. Chambre propre et spacieux.
