5/5 Excellent
"We had an awesome stay! Our first day being there the sewage backed up into our room (shower and floor drain) but the staff immediately accommodated us and moved us to another room. Great drinks at the lobby bar. Pool area is a vibe for sure! Would definitely go back! "

"We loved this property from top to bottom. Gorgeous setting, lovely room with a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The resort fee was way too high considering how much we had to pay out of pocket for everything. Not sure how they justify that. Expect to spend double what you think. But the food choices were good and convenient, and the pools and beach were beautiful. We were disappointed that we couldn’t swim at the beach due to rough surf but we used the pools a lot and ventured off site to a calmer beach to swim and snorkel. Service was excellent. Our family of 4 had an amazing trip."
