“Reasonable & convenience”

This hotel was not the best I have stayed in but it was conveniently located and the surrounding neighborhood was ok. We used the bus service to move around and we picked it up one street away and was dropped off right at the corner of our hotel. If you are over 200 lbs, i suggest you get another hotel because the bathroom would not be able to accomodate you. It was a stand up and if I dropped the soap, I could not bend down to pick it up and I weigh 140 lbs. If you are looking for somewhere to just rest your head then this is the place for you. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere. The Copa beach was 3 block away, walking distance, and to get to some sight seeing you just needed to take the bus. Of course there are shopping within walking distance which make the location convenient. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast was the same every morning and you get free internet access in the lobby waiting area. They even changed our US $ for us.

Area recommendations
Buzio. We took a bus trip to this quaint town and was pleasantly surprised. The trip took 21/2 to 3 hours. It is such a clean area and there are a lot of sea taxi to take you out to smaller islands in the ocean. Here we were able to find authentic leather products and lots of sale items.
Traveller's tip
The Christo sightseeing trip and the Sugar Loaf mountain. The Helicopter ride off Sugar Loaf was awesome. There are different prices based on what you wanted to see and how long the flight was. I would recommend it.
