I don't think I have ever seen a hotel that has so effectively anticipated their customers needs and wants and met them before you even ask. We had two younger children and were booked on the 3rd floor (the first with sleeping rooms - the first two are lobby/restaurants/clubs and conference rooms). So, no worries about our kids making too much noise and waking the people below. Also, no worries about being up early and waking the neighbors - not only because all the other people on this floor had young families as well - but the insulation between rooms is fantastic - we heard NOTHING from any other room, even though the floor was full of young families. We had all kinds of questions for the staff, and every time they were very helpful - and if they didn't know, they would search for another staff member who did. Finally, the complimentary breakfast was unmatched. Whether American or European - every thing you want they had - omelets or swedish pancakes made to order, eggs (fried, scrambled, hard boiled), bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, several kinds of cereal, fruits, so many kinds of meat, cheeses, breads, pastries, croissants, 5 kinds of juice, tea, coffee, water, milk. You could eat a great breakfast every day for a week and never have the same thing. Perhaps most impressive was how the staff/security courteously but quickly removed a drunk man making a scene who wandered into the hotel. Great place to stay.
