“Absolutely lovely hotel”

“Fantastic in every way!”

The hotel was in center of old town and convenient to every site, yet it was a quiet and relaxing retreat. The breakfasts were great - cooked to order and the free private sauna and jacuzzi were an elegant touch. The staff was always friendly and helpful and addressed every need. We're used to quality hotels and this one exceeded our expectations - and the price was reasonable, as well. Highly recomend this jewel of Riga.

Area recommendations
Old town is the ONLY place to stay in Riga.

“Very Disappointing”

After being convinced by friends NOT to stay at Radisson Daugava, we booked this hotel at double the price. Air conditioning (in June) was non-functional. We lived in sweltering heat and all staff could do was bring us small fans to try and cool the rooms down. Restaurant was not at all "kid-friendly" and noise level at night was quite high. Staff were friendly, however, and the breakfasts (included with room) were exceptional.

Traveller's tip
We checked out the Radisson Daugava on our last day. It was BEAUTIFUL and would have been perfect. We were so disappointed we hadn't "gone with our initial plans". Lesson learned: Don't listen to your friends!

“veldig bra hotell.”

Dette hotellet reiser eg gjerne tilbake til om eg reiser til Riga fleire ganger. Sentralt i gamlebyen og kort veg til det meste. God servise frå personalet som for øvrig var veldig hyggelige. Frukosten var veldig bra. Sjokoladen og flaska med vatn som me fekk kvar kveld på rommet var så absolutt eit stort pluss. Alt i alt eit veldig bra hotell som absolutt kan anbefalast.

“Flott hotell med perfekt beliggenhet”

Hotellet ligger i Gamlebyen, med kort gangavstand til de fleste attraksjoner. Det ligger flere gode restaurant alternativer like ved hotellet (4 rooms kan anbefales), og flere små butikker. Dersom du liker shopping sentre, ligger både Galleri Centrum og Galleri Riga ca 10 minutter fra hotellet. Det samme gjelder for det største markedet i byn. Taxi fra hotell til shoppingsenter koster ca 3 LAT (35 NOK), og taxi fra flyplass ca 8-10 LAT. Frokosten på hotellet var kjempebra, og servicen var utmerket. Du kan velge mellom rød, grønn og sort te, samt flere kaffe alternativer. Min kone hadde bursdag under oppholdet, og hotellet overrasket med kake og te på hotellrommet. Rommene var store, fine og rene, med gode senger. Flere engelsktalende kanaler på TV. For deg som liker engelsk fotball, er det en nabopub som viser alle kamper fra Premier league. Hvis noe negativt må trekkes frem, kan det være noe støy fra hovedgaten på lørdagskvelden dersom du får rom i 2 etg ut mot hovedgaten. Ingen problemer med å anbefale dette hotellet til andre reisende :-)

“Flott hotel med perfekt beliggenhet i gamlebyen”

Vi var 6 godt voksne jenter på vår årlige utenlandstur. Vi var alle 100% fornøyd med hotellet, både dets komfort og betjeningens service. Rikholdig frokostbuffet. Turens siste middag fant sted i hotellets restaurant og det var en suksess. Nydelig mat, vakkert anrettet og en servitrise som kunne sitt fag. Det var litt støy utenfor om natten, men ikke mer enn man må regne med når en ønsker hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Vi kan virkelig anbefaler dette topp moderne hotel og dets restaurant.

“Hotel Royal Square di Riga, in ottima posizione nel centro della città”

Camere con tutti i confort, anche se piuttosto piccole. Comoda la hall, eccellente la colazione del mattino, servizio efficiente e cortese. La posizione sulla via principale del centro storico rende l'albergo quanto mai consigliabile ai turisti.

“Perfect”

Het hotel heeft goed, vriendelijk en kundig personeel. Ze helpen je waar ze kunnen zonder opdringerig te zijn. Het is erg goed ingericht en de superiors zijn lekker ruim. De buurt is niet rustig, het hotel wel, je hoort weinig van buiten en niets van binnen. Ontbijt is een must door het humeur van de dames bediening en de keuzes die je hebt: gewoon op alles ja zeggen.

Neem de trein naar het strand, zand, clubachtig en mooi!

“hotel quasi perfetto”

l'hotel è posizionato splendidamente, nella zona pedonale a breve distanza da tutti i siti principali. non è molto grande, ma è gestito ottimamente. elegante senza esagerazione, con uno staff molto preciso e gentile. la camera è bella e con tutti i confort. la colazione ottima. nessun rilievo. veramente ottimo anche il rapporto qualita' prezzo.
