Wonderful staff. Beautiful old hotel. Located in Old Town. The only recommendation is for better equipment and layout for the fitness center and improvement of WFi in fitness center. But this will not stop me from returning. Thank you.

On a previous review someone put it perfectly in one word, WOW. If you are going to Riga this is where you want to stay. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable for a multi day stay. The breakfast buffet is beautiful with a selection to please anyone. The food was excellent and presented with such care. The staff were great helping me deal with a personnel issue upon arrival.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of everything you’ll need or want to look at during your stay as a tourist. The hotel are more than happy to facilitate anything you need, really great stay would highly recommend!

It was in a convenient and safe location in old town Riga. The staff were helpful. The room was wonderful. It had a small kitchenette, enormous comfortable bed and large bathroom. I enjoyed myself!

A lovely hotel with apartment style rooms. We stayed in a senior suite and it was huge. Comfy beds and a good bluetooth soundbar were great! The location is brilliant - right in the middle of the old town. Couldn't have been better!

Everything was very good and i would certainly highly recommend this hotel.Just one tiny suggestion is we would have liked a bigger quilt on the bed as the outside temperature was very cold. It was a bit skimpy. Otherwise everything was very good.

Wonderful stay at Neiburgs!
We loved this Grande Dame of a hotel! Linda was especially friendly and helpful at check in and check out, and gave us a room with a fantastic view. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with an efficient and extra friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Great Boutique Hotel
This is a very well-run property. The hotel is in excellent condition, and spotlessly clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and very friendly. The buffet breakfast is truly excellent. The front desk staff was happy to make arrangements for car service, restaurants or anything else we needed. Also (really important) the rooms are dead quiet. We could open our window and skylight at night and there was nearly no noise. Really great.

The most wonderful luxury hotel located in the most beautiful building. Groups of tourists comes to look at it. We stayed in the studio 305 and saw Dom Cathedral from one window and a historic museum from the other. It's right behind Citi Hall and the square where Black Heads Building is. The room was very good and housekeeping ensured it was clean each day. No blinds on bathroom window which wasn't great, (room 507). Breakfast was very poor, one of the worse I've seen in Europe. Little choice and poor quality.

Excellent hotel - rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff were all friendly and helpful and food was great. Location was perfect for exploring. I would definitely recommend. We only took off one star as the bed was shorter than a standard bed which wasn’t ideal for tall husband!

The Senior Suite was very nicely appointed and very comfortable with beautiful views. Breakfast was excellent. Some points for improvement: need more than 1 English TV channel. Many of the staff on front desk & restaurant could smile more and be more friendlier. It seems to be an effort for some and a few are almost robotic. We cancelled our dinner reservation at Neiburgs Restaurant because the main waiter (an older man) was very unfriendly and didn’t seem to care whether we came or not or that we were hotel guests. We found friendlier service outside the hotel. Facilities and room were 5 star but unfortunately hotel staff need further training on being more welcoming.
