Amazing place. Lovely staff and very helpful, as they move your car if your blocking someone in or someone is blocking you in. Lovely view especially sitting having dinner by the Thames also there is a very nice breakfast.

Planned 1 day in London & 1 @ Legoland and hotel is pretty much in the middle.
Perfect location for our trip though for non rugby enthusiasts the view of the back of the stadium is not that appealing.
My son & I had fun but my wife was not as thrilled!
This was our first visit to Richmond and we had a great time exploring the town and river area.
In the evening we went to the local curry house(Swagat) which was very good.
On the next day we walked through Richmond Park and came out at East sheen which we liked as well.
There was a parking surcharge to leave the car at the hotel but this was a bonus as street
parking in the area was very limited and the car parks more expensive.
Was a bit concerned after reading some reviews but problems other people had mentioned did not arise. Although the room was on the small side it had every thing we needed granted the décor of the room and certainly the bathroom could do with an up grade it was clean the room was very quiet we slept very well and the hotel itself was very well placed in the centre of the town for restaurants and bars well worth the money it cost
the breakfast was fine though we would have liked the option of a full english

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this hotel for four nights while visiting London and family in Twickenham. Our room was very clean and comfortable- they gave us a room with a comfy sofabed for our daughter. Breakfast was in the attractive pub restaurant downstairs and was tasty and more than enough to set us up for the day. We experienced no noise from the pub or road at night. We walked to Twickenham train station (15 min walk) for the fast train to London (20 min). There were nice teas and biscuits in the room, nice toiletries, and the staff were all very pleasant. Radnor Gardens on the Thames is across the street and has a playground. One thing for families to note is that like many European hotels there is no fridge in the room. An all around excellent stay!
