Two words: live insects. Nothing turns a hotel stay into a nightmare quicker than seeing live, crawling bugs. Also, the bottom sheet was incapable of being tucked and came free immediately. Horrible experience.

Cockroaches were found in the bathroom. Mgmt. switched our room. In the second room, bedbugs were found in the sheets and pillows. Mgmt. told us to request partial refund from Expedia. Now that we're back home, they won't provide name of general mgr. and won't cooperate to offer partial refund. Do not recommend.

Saw cockroach and bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Poor maintenance , ended up leaving 10 minutes into the stay.

Right when we walked into the lobby the employee asked us for a cigarette, which is surprising that he needed one since the smell of fresh cigarette smoke hit us like a ton of bricks the second we walked into the lobby. You could tell he was smoking inside. He was efficient and quick at checking us in though, so other than his need for continued chain smoking inside, he was fine. Then we get to our room and the smell of cigarette smoke hits you even harder. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and the rank smell gave me such a bad headache. There was what appeared to be a cigarette burn on the comforter and the floor was so sticky. The inside was updated though and looked mostly nice, fair for the price. If it was not for the horrific sickening smell making me nauseated, I would have rated this place higher.

Infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. Manager was rude and woukdnt refund me my full ammount. . I only came in town for a show, checked in and keft right away, we came back at 1:30 am to find roaches everywhere. So i packed up and left . On the way out the counter person called the manager and he refused to refund me .. i loterally was in that room a total of about 1:45 min total..

The staff has a terrible attitude. Internet hardly works. Ice machine vending machine don't work. The manager and her husband that works here have nasty attitudes and looks down own the ppl that stay here. And the ROACHES ARE OUT OF CONTROL!

Awful experience
Room was dirty, someone had placed a shopping bag over the smoke detector sheets didnt feel clean. And next day after my stay i felt ill only to go to dr the following day or so to find out i got covid. So needless to say my stay here was awful as im still sick and now missing work. And not to mention the ruckus from the adjacent rooms which lasted most of the evening

I would like to request a refund there were dead roaches in the room I was in also I removed the top cover from the bed and there was literally a small pile of trash in the bed I didn't complain because it was only for a night but I would definitely like my money back

One double bed, breakfast included...listed online at $93, but ACTUAL payment is $107. This standard practice should be changed to show the REAL price. Our overnight stay at this privately owned and operated franchise motel was a bit pricey, for an average low-end motel, but my main complaint was the obvious lack of cleanliness. Lots of litter and small debris on the stairs and hall floors, lots of litter scattered around the entrance and parking lot...none of which appeared to be just the accumulation of one day. Several hallway doors propped open with dirty washcloths. I will not stay at this particular motel ever again

I reserved a non-smoking room online for one adult, 2 kids. As soon as I entered the lobby, I smelled smoke. The room? Smelled like smoke. Two towels were left for us when I clearly said it would be 3 of us. Went back to front desk, employee was outside smoking. He poked his head in and said he was washing towels and to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes. He was still outside, smoking. I will say he was very polite, just unprofessional.

When we walked down the hall it reaked of cigarette smell and we had a nonsmoking room. As we walked in the floor was dirty and hadn't been swept. There were burnt cigarette holes in the bed sheet liner, the remote control for the TV and the eliminated TV guide had dried food stains on them and them room looked like it hadn't been dusted either. Very horrible stay

Stay away from this location
The smell of smoke and mildew should have been enough to walk out. When i opened the door to the room there was trash everywhere and clothing all over the bed. I was given a new room but it had gum stuck to the floor and the floor was sticky. Cigarette butts are literally stomped into the carpet in the hallways. People live here, Crackheads are in this building! I lost money here when i didnt stay and spent more to stay elsewhere. This building should be closed because it is uninhabitable and is inhabited by mutants.
