When I arrived they upgraded my room without me even asking which was nice. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the room was really small.

The hotel was nice. Front desk was great.i tipped the cleaning crew 2 days in a row and theynever cleaned my room.

It was most definitely a good stay even though they had me on the second floor which is the pet floor . But the room a bed was a 10 on a 1-10 scale . I would stay again .

Toilet was leaking , tv had a lot of Pixels and buffering problems , my bill shows $225.58 my charge card shows charges at $281.30 . The front desk was not very polite it was like she was doing me a favor checking us in. Did not feel welcomed as a guest. It has been several years since we had stayed at this hotel and the kindness we had back then was not here this time. I will not be making another trip to Richmond and staying at this hotel. I was laying in bed and I saw something in the bed. I thought it might be a moth or I might be seeing things, but when I went to look closer a huge roach was running toward me! I jumped out of bed, called the front desk to tell them, packed my bags and left.
