absolutely disgusting, smelled of cigarettes and weed, a camera was pointed directly into our room, hotel key card took multiple times to work. i would rate it a negative star if i could.

I was traveling from Orlando and was making a stop to sleep. We i got to the Hotel they had no clean rooms available and i had to find another hotel. Today is September 3, and i haven't received my refund yet. This was not good for a tied man on the road trying to get some sleep.

Took 40 minutes to get a room. Computers kept going down. People coming back to lobby after getting room saying there was somebody already In the room they were assigned, or coming back to lab by saying the room was never cleaned. I was traveling with a 1, and 4 year old and my wife. They gave us an “upgraded” room for waiting so long, what a pain in the bud. Girl at front counter was stressed and overworked. She was nice and did her best to help us out. Would I stay again? If I had absolutely no where else to stay, I would stay again.

Was a bit taken back when we were taken to 2nd floor to a room that was unmade and trash all over the hallway due to contractors living there! Was a bit scared. If not for night Manager we would have left there but she put us in another room away from that situation .Then the next room was by itself and on first floor. Not very clean
When we got there the front door was locked and we had to go to the side door which was slightly irritating. On our way to our room there were wires running from a roof to a random “storage room” or so we are assuming. Upon entering our room it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in quite some time, the bathtub drain was laying in the center of the tub, and there was trash and dead flies in the window sills, the beds were clean but overall it was a serious disappointment. The hallway also smelled absolutely repulsive. I didn’t take photos of anything but the wires but I would have rather stayed on the side of the road in my car.

Dirty. My first room was disgusting. Toilet and shower were messed up so they moved me to another room but that room had a gunshot through the window. Didn’t feel safe at all. & they had huge roaches. Mold on ceilings. Front desk staff was rude too.

honestly we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. Sure, there were some surfaces like doors and walls that could have done with a good magic eraser, but the bed was clean and comfortable and just what we needed for a one night quick stay.

The pictures of the place was far better than in person. The hall to get to the rooms when you first enter a smell of smoke just hits you. The carpet is filthy and inside the room paint is peeling off the walls. The bedsheets were stained the cover spread was dirty looked like someone was standing on top of them with their shoes on. The remote control was sticky feeling. Overall I was not happy of the upkeep of this place.

No Pool’
Was a little skeptical once I got there and settled into the room and saw the police patrolling. The room was updated with new furniture, so that wasn’t the bad. The tub could have been cleaned. Other than that the room stinks like a smokers room. I had to go to the local store to get air fresheners but once I did that everything was OK. The air conditioner was super super cool I have never stayed in a hotel that the AC was that cold, which is a very good thing and the water is super super hot thumbs up check in was very easy I didn’t like that they didn’t have any cups in the room and I had to go to the office to get the cups and I had to go to the office to get the ice is where the ice machine is located . It was super quiet I didn’t have any issues with noise with neighbors or in the area. Although I had to walk to the store which was my choice, I did see some people standing outside that didn’t make me very comfortable outside of the hotel, but other than that it was OK I don’t like it that it has tile floor and that carpet. Also, I wish the pool was open. It look like their swimming pool hadn’t been open in decades.

The room smelled like cigarettes really bad. The bed sheets were dirty not stained DIRTY. The bathroom was dirty the floor was disgusting. I am very disappointed and I will be inquiring about getting a refund. I was on a road trip and stopped at night to get some rest and shower to get back on the road and could’ve even do that because of how disgusting this room was. This is unacceptable.

We checked in around 830pm. The girl behind the counter was not friendly and at times downright rude. The pictures online were quite misleading. It looked like a decent place online but was quite disappointed when we checked in.
