“Great Hotel for a Great Price”

Hotel was nice. This is an extended stay hotel, so it came equiped with more amenities than I needed for a one night stay, but nevertheless, it was nice. The staff was very friendly, and the room was in great shape (clean, updated furniture, etc.). I would recommend looking at this hotel for your stay regardless of length. The hotel is right off Broad St. so you are close to several restaurants and shopping venues.

“Highly recommend the Richmond Homestead”

Between the warmth and kindness of the hotel staff, to the quiet, cleanliness, and quality of the accomodations, to the convenient location near great food, shopping (even a Whole Foods and Trader Joe') and nearby freeway access, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to those staying or passing through the Richmond, VA area. Plus the value-for-money couldn't be beat! I just regret not being able to stay longer, or to return to the hotel this trip. But I shall, occassion warrent.

“Great choice for the money”

After a couple of mediocre stays at a competitor's property, I booked a stay at the Homestead and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful, towels were thick, rooms were reasonably quiet, and the property was well landscaped. The only issue was a missing clock radio which was promptly provided upon my request. I have had good experiences at other Homestead locations and would not hesitate to recommend them to fellow road warriors.

“I'd check in again”

Wonderful experience, the only thing I would change would be the mattress, I like a softer bed. Staff were welcoming and professional.

“Great stay”

Everything was as good or better than we were expecting. The room was clean and ready for us. When we travel, we take our own cookware and dishes (personal preference) so I can't comment on their condition. Without a doubt we will continue to stay at Homestead Suites. Our only complaint is that the pillows are not full enough for our tastes - which again, is personal preference.

“Excellant Value”

I have stayed at the hotel previously, along with others in my company. Location is good for our meetings. The address is a little difficult for the first time. It is not readily visable from Broad Street.

“Nice hotel in richmond that doesnt break the bank”

Very nice hotel in the short pump area without breaking the bank. Location was a little hard to locate as hotel is a block off of Broad street.. call before to get directions as GPS will not find hotel. Other than locating the hotel it was a great experience
