Enjoyed our stay except the blinds at one of our windows didn't work, so they moved us to another room, not quite as nice as the first one. Staff said they would reduce our bill, but then said they could not......Travelocity would have to change billing.

Wonderful stay!
This hotel seems nearly brand new and is very clean and neat. Really wonderful find in a long trip! We had our dog with us and they were very kind. Really nice stay!

Very nice hotel, the step is great, but where the hotel is it's a little busy or could get congested very easily. Love contractor stay at this hotel in between working on jobs or working jobs in the area. But it's a nice hotel

The recent remodeling provided us with rooms in excellent condition with several thoughtful touches (coat hooks near the door, pump soaps, towel bars,etc). The facility would have gotten a 5 rating except for the elevator work being done as we arrived. It was noisy, smelled awful and kept one elevator car out of use. To be fair, I want the work to be done, and can't this think of a time when it would not be disruptive. The facility is now in great shape.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and it’s conveniently located near the freeway, restaurants, and shopping. They are even pet friendly. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites in any state.

We were very happy with our stay. It was obvious they had just finished renovations. Everything was new and fresh looking. A couple things come to mind that would have been nice though. The tv should have been mounted on a swing away wall mount. This would allow for better view while lying in the bed. The other thing is, a reclining chair would have been nice. It seems most hotels don't have room for one, but our room sure did. I would suggest replacing the standard chair with a recliner. I'm certainly not wanting to be critical here, just suggestions. Our stay was perfect! Thank you.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean, but the beds were extremely hard. I maybe had three hours of sleep and was in back pain all the next day. There really should be some kind of mattress that is slightly firm but also soft.

Everything it’s top shelf quality, they are remodeling some areas on the first floor but besides the look, nothing that bothers at all, friendly staff, breakfast was neat and clean. Very satisfied with everything. Thanks
