You get what you pay for. I think for the price and what it is it’s not bad. The surfaces in the room looked dirty. I wiped them all down before we got settled. Check in/ check out was easy. It’s on a busy street so there were lots of food options within walking distance. Would stay again.

Excellent room for the
Everything looks new, I need to update the pictures of the room, because I was very impressed, everything was clean, did not smell, everything worked well, except for the toilet was a little slow flushing, may need to check on that, but I just tell the button down until it finally flushed but besides that I’m definitely staying again

Safe and Affordable
The room was good, comfy bed, nice bathroom, check in was easy. Pool is an outside pool and great temperature. Wish housekeeping had been more willing to clean our room each day when we happened to be in the room when she first came by. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. It's basically cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, oranges, apples, and you might get there early enough to get a packaged pastry. The rooms don't have any kind of dressers so you can only hang up your clothes. Area was safe and room was affordable. Kings Dominion is only 30 minutes away and there are quite a few museums within 15 min from hotel. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

So the room was a non smoking room - but reeked of cigarette smoke. Also the breakfast was severely lacking - 2 cereals, a couple bagels, and waffle maker. There were no yogurt or fruit options, etc. which would have helped being gluten free. The room was super clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Refrigerator was molded around the door.. the pool was closed should have stated that online..also didn't provide breakfast as stated in site... charge almosr a bill night for what no pool n no breakfast. And if u need towels or a iron waiting on them to bring it to u will be a forever wait smh.. don't waste ur money unless ur just coming here to have sex

We value everyone's feedback and take it all into consideration unfortunately I believe this review is for a different location because we do serve breakfast every morning and our pool is open 7 days a week. Our rooms are fully equipped with working appliances cleaned.

It wasn't a bad place. I'm a freak when it comes to cleanliness so I took Lysol wipes along, glad I did. But all in all it was grest for the price

Not a great area, but good for the $
Feom a family point of vieelw, not somewhere a female or someone with teen girls would want to go and need to check in after dark. It seemed to have been recently remodeled, liked the hardwood type floors but our socks were black after walking on it. Towels were VERY thin. The top bedcover had red spots/drops on it that looked like blood, we took it to the office he claimed it was paint...they never replaced the cover. The breakfast was a JOKE!!! Just a waffle maker & juice (which was watered down & turned off early). The front staff was busy on phone or smoking so they really weren't very 'available'. We stayed 3 nights so the double door refrigerator was GREAT!!!
Double fridge great!
New floors (but weren't clean) metal under bed very aggravating..made lots of noise with every little tap.
