STAY AWAY from this place! Seriously, RUN AWAY. Easily the worst property I’ve ever seen or touched anywhere in the world. Dirty, damaged, dilapidated rooms. NO REFUNDS proudly declared AFTER booking because every single person staying here would absolutely want their money back. Boarded up doors throughout the inside and outside of building. No working elevator and I’m willing to bet it’s been out months or even years. Bathrooms that don’t get cleaned after previous guests. Brown, stained towels proudly stored for use. Doors that don’t close all the way. A main entrance door that STAYS OPEN ALL DAY AND NIGHT. Not just unlocked, WIDE OPEN. NOTHING like the images shown online. They’re lucky I can’t add images here to validate my claims.

Just stayed for a night while travel. The area wasn’t that great and it’s clear the place is in need of a make over. The elevator is out of order and that’s not informed you’re told when you go to it and there’s a sign on it that says out of order. So, I had to walk to the third floor. My room looked nothing like the room in the pictures. My fire alarm was hanging off the wall, one of the corners of the wall had cobwebs, one of my hand towels were dirty and stained and the walls were pretty thin. So, I woke up to the neighbor guest hunching. My room had 3 doors. One to go in and 2 on the opposite side of the room. One that went to the next room and one to a patio but there was generic brown table in front of the room door. The room is probably worth about $30-40 less than listed as. Save your money and go elsewhere

We booked here thinking it was going to be a clean place but it was not at all. This property overall looks extremely sketchy, no one around, sink in bathroom was leaking, door of bathroom was damaged in the inside and then graffiti writing on the bathroom, holes in the doors, no good locking only latches. Tried to have Expedia help with this situation but unfortunately the property receptionist did not want to at least acknowledge the issues and concerns. This still was not worth what I paid for which was $82. I wouldn’t have even paid half. Just being honest.

The room is rough. Crumbs next to lamp and wrappers on the floor. Was this room cleaned between guests? Remote is so dirty. Elevator is broken and the stairway you need to use smells like pee. This place has seen better days. Paid for 3 nights, but I’m moving out at sunrise.

I awoke to bugs crawling up the wall in my room! It was horrifying! Front desk staff never at the desk when I needed help. I had to wait at least 20 minutes both times. No breakfast was served but with the bugs I probably would not have eaten anyway.

Unreal (in a bad way) Hotel experience.   
No heat in the lobby of the Hotel or the hallway -- when it was 35 degrees out.    Construction fencing all around the place.  One of the buildings the door was closed off with plywood. Are they serious? Never again.

The staff was nice but the accommodations were lacking. The repairs look like they were done by a teenager. No coffee pot in room. Towels were stained. Smelled like weed the whole time even though it claims non smoking. I know it was priced less than other places so your expectations shouldn’t be high, but it was over priced for the experience.

I had to switch rooms because the sink was leaking, and the guy never left the office to check it out or bring me a key. The carpet in the hallway is still wet, probably because they haven’t looked at it yet. I had to go to the office to get a key to another room that he didn’t even bother to inspect. Upon entering the second room I found that the deadbolt isn’t properly secured the door, the faucet in the bathroom is about to fall off, there are stains all over the sheets and hairs that are not mine. I go to get breakfast in the morning the front desk tells me the breakfast guy didn’t show up today. No sorry… nothing. Then on my way back to the room I notice at the same hotel has a unsafe notice attached to it. So I’m wondering how is it that they are still operating?! I will be submitting a cancel request with my bank. What a terrible experience. This place should be condemned.

This was the worst hotel/motel I’ve ever wasted money on. The sheets were so dirty that we had to sleep in sleeping bags and wrap our pillows in towels we brought with us because the towels in the room were disgusting. Elevator doesn’t work. Doors to room didn’t close completely and were not secure. Cigarette burns in sheets and comforters. Room was not cleaned at all and floors were not vacuumed. Door to adjoining room was not secure either. Lobby door was broken and security door to the building was open and couldn’t be closed. We were met by a crack head when entering the building to our room which was not part of the main building. Most of this motel looks like it’s been closed for years - old carpet laying outside the building. I don’t know how this place is legally allowed to operate especially with a brand name like Quality Inn. We slept for a couple of hours and left. Complete waste of money and do not recommend anyone stay here ever.

Terrible Hotel
I found the hotel through hotel.com and since we had stayed at Quality Inns before, we felt it would be sufficient for our short stay. We saw that some kind of construction was going on so we disregarded some things. However, we asked for a handicap room to ensure we had a high commode. The very first time we used the commode it began to leak. We placed towels around the leak. We called the office about it and told them that since we were leaving that morning we would deal with it. The amenities were sad. There was only one cup for coffee, and the shower was a total fail. I will say that the bed was comfortable which made for a good night's rest. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to a dog!

What I liked was that there was not a long line or a lengthy check-in. What I did not like was there are people in the rooms and in their parking lot playing music loudly for over an hour. Someone has to hear that and say something to them.

This place is a dump. It looks like it’s condemned. Lobby looks like you are visiting someone in jail. Saw big rats in the yard. Elevator was super unsafe and had dirty towels in it. Hallways were trashy. It says no pets but there’s a very large dog next door and it’s constantly barking. I literally packed up and walked out but couldn’t find anything within 30 mins that was available and under $200 so I was stuck here. Feels very unsafe.

The hotel had an odor, the room wasn’t clean at all, bedding had burn holes and stains on one of the pillowcases. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the room or bathroom room, there was dirt on the floor, a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower Rod. If hotel’s.com has an option for a refund or hotel change when the conditions are poor we would have gone elsewhere. For the price charged they don’t/didn’t have breakfast not that I would have eaten anything.

HORRIBLE
Was horrible don’t even know how they can be “open” looked like a grown up cut over in their yard and parking lot with a half tan down hotel connected to it. No A/C no one at front desk to help no elevator and people trying to sell us drugs in the parking lot. Smelled like cigarettes everywhere inside. Doesn’t look anything like pictures do online asked for a refund and wouldn’t do anything or help we ended up just leaving and going and getting another hotel it was so horrible and sketchy. Embarrasing even just pulling up in that dump it needs to be bull dozed I would have rather stayed in my truck before I had to stay there. Everything is half done no elevator either. Stars don’t even go low enough for me to rate this place what it should be rated.

Disappointing Stay: Unclean, unsafe, & unreliable.
Service: The staff were largely unreachable & not easily identifiable (i.e., they wore t-shirts & jeans, did not otherwise have a uniform/distinctive clothing that signaled they were employees). I called the front desk the AM before arrival and in the PM while standing waiting to check-in. The phone rang endlessly until I hung up - no one came to check on it. Cleanliness: I found three cockroaches (one under the chair, two in the bathroom) and one spider (near the coffee table) in my two-day stay. The bathroom ceiling had black mold on it, due to a constant & significant run from the tub's faucet. The towels & cloths were damp, too. The room reeked of smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking. Safety: The keycard did not work a few times during the stay, locking me out of the room on occasion. Many non-guests roamed around the area. The building next to Quality Inn - Rodeway Inn - is shuttered & condemned. Anyone could wander into the hotel's halls or around the exterior doors. The front door to the hotel was inoperable. It also is much more rundown and with more overgrowth than the pictures show on Hotels.com. Amenities: The A/C worked wonderfully. The fridge was freezing things but otherwise stayed cool. Didn't use the television but it looked to be working. The vending machine in the hallway was broken.
