“Not worthy of four stars”

Pretty good location with accessible safe street parking around. The four star feeling doesn't follow beyond the lobby. The rooms could easily be classified at three or even two stars level (modest furnishing, murky smells even in non-smoking rooms). The staff is friendly and helpful. Jaccuzzi and sauna are not what it looks in the pictures.

“MERCURE LAFAYETTE”

Une pause de confort, de douceur et de qualité d'accueil qui m'a aidée à faire face aux difficultés de la raison de mon déplacement à Lyon ! Bien situé, j'ai pu me déplacer à pied, être à l'heure à mes RV du centre ville et prendre mon train de retour initialement prévu, malgré une marge horaire réduite, par nécessité personnelle.

“hotel central quartier des affaires”

Hotel central, bien situé, très bon accueil. Cependant, un incident grave à mon sens c'est passé le samedi après midi le 19 nov. 2011. En effet, i n'y avait plus d'électricité ni dans les chambres et ni dans hall. J'étais au second étage. L'abscence la plus grave était que les lumières de sécurité ne fonctionnaient. Bref, pour sortir de la chmabre et aller jusqu'à l'ascenseur, j'ai appelé la réception pour que quelqu'un vienne m'éclairer le couloir jusqu'à l'ascenseur, ce qui a été fait imméditement. Y a t il un CHSCT dans cet établissement? C'est une faute grave pour un établissement 4 étoiles. Cordialement

“Un hôtel bien situé qui sera mieux après rénovation”

Si vous décidez d'y aller sachez qu'à ce stade il est assez vieux (chambre propre mais très vieillotte avec des meubles des années 60, une salle de bain sombre ...) En plus on nous avait donné une chambre handicapée qui est juste immonde alors ne pas hésiter à dire ce qui ne va pas à la réception sinon ils vous laissent avec vos problèmes ! Un personnel parfois pas toujours très pro actif !

“Recommander le prêt à visiter”

l'hôtel est bien situé, proche des commerces et des bouchons Lyonnais. L 'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme, on y mange bien, la chambre est parfaite avec un grand lit 2 mètres de large (en chambre moyenne gamme). Attention, imprimez vos documents comme quoi vous prenez la formule" prêt à visiter" car le petit déjeuner est compris+le mini bar+la chambre intermédiaire+un sac à dos pour visiter. Cela évitera de mauvaises surprises (comme payer le petit déjeuner par exemple) Personnellemnt j'avais imprimé et heureusement. bonne visite

“Verwohntes Hotel”

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt und nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof. Es ist leider ziemlich verwohnt und bedarf einer Renovierung, z.B. funktionierte nur ein Lift. Mir war nicht ersichtlich, dass das Hotel 4 Sterne hat. Zumindest arbeitete die KLimaanlage und es war ruhig.
