“Pleasantly surprised”

I was worried after reading previous reviews a day before I left for Lyon. Also because I was a female traveling alone but I was pleasantly surprised. The neighbourhood is not posh but lively and different. The location is excellent once you get to grip with your geography of Lyon. Be aware though that you pay for what you get so do not expect five star acommodation but was perfect for me. I am going back next year!!

“Good budget hotel, recommanaded”

Very good for that budget, I went with my brother for 3 days just before xmas. The location was very close to the tram station, therefore very easy to find and travel around from the hotel. They gave us a 3 people bedroom instead. The heating was warm enough, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was fully equiped with hair dryer. Although the staff were not very polite when we checked in, but it did not matter to us.
