“Lacked Air Conditining”

I booked this hotel as it was advertised to have climate controlled rooms. I booked with Expedia on a no refund rate. After checking in I found out the room air conditioning was not working. They provided a fan and offered no compensation. When i asked to speak to a manager, housekeeping was sent and said there was nothing that could be done.

“hotel tres confortable et personnel très courtois”

cet hôtel que l'on peut atteindre à pied depuis la gare donne ce que l'on peut attendre

mannheim est un bon point de départ pour visiter des lieux historiques tels que worms, speyr, heildelberg et bruchsal.

“Art-Deco Stil, direkt am Wasserturm”

Wunderbar renoviertes Hotel, sehr schön im Art-Deco Stil erhalten. Sehr freundliches Personal und beste Lage.

“Gerne wieder”

Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht im Hotel und haben nicht gefrühstückt, jedoch ist die Lage direkt an der Augustaanlage hervorragend. Das Ambiente des Hotels ist sehr imposant und hat im Eingangsbereich den Charme der Gründerzeit. Die Zimmer sind modern und zeitgemäß eingerichtet.
