A very nice, friendly hotel. Plenty of parking. You can buy tickets for the tram which is a minute's walk from the hotel (and the end of the line so you can't miss your stop) and takes you to the heart of the city.
I only marked it down to 4 because of the first night we used the restaurant. Booked a table for 7.30 and had received our meal, which was very good, by about 8.15. Somebody cleared the table and brought us another drink but, after than, nobody came near or by us and, as we wanted a dessert, at 10 pm we had to physically go and find the waitress and tell her what we wanted while she was dealing with another table. After about 20 minutes the dessert still hadn't arrived so we set off again to find her and she had forgotten so we eventually got our dessert about 10.30. We thought 3 hours for 2 courses was not good. As it was raining the next evening we decided to give it another go and were pleased we did as the service and, again, the food, were excellent.
