wall covering coming off the wall in many places. Bathroom door kept locking from the outside. No coffee tub in coffee maker. Very high prices on snacks: $3.60 for a small snickers candybar.

Great stay, room was awesome and everything great for the 3-4 days we stayed. Only unfortunate thing was that the pool was closed for maintenance on the last day stay on a holiday weekend. Most frustrating was that we didn’t know/realize until we went down to swim in the Saturday morning.

Hi Don, unfortunately on Friday evening we had some guests that decided to completely ruin the pool area for all guests. We had to drain the spa and deep clean the entire pool area. We were just as upset as you were by this turn of events, it's a bummer one group of people had to ruin it for all. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you were able to take advantage of the generosity of the hotel next to us in borrowing their pool.

The hotel was conveniently located and my kids had a great time. The breakfast was great and we didn’t need to worry about anything.

We had only one complaint. The jacuzzi was not working. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and I was really looking forward to sitting in the jacuzzi!

Always a good experience.
I have stayed here every time i go to Rexburg and have always had a good experience. This time, I had three of my granddaughters with me and one of them didn't sleep well because of the firm mattresses.

Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a great little restaurant right next to the hotel. I also loved the toiletries they supplied in the bathroom. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair so soft. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rexburg! 😁
