This hotel is an excellent choice in Buenos Aires. Everything that matters in a hotel is excellent here. All the staff was courteous and professional. The rooms are clean, spacious, well kept and quiet. Everything worked as expected. The only complain is related to the TV which lost the signal in several occasions. Don't look for another option, this is the best choice.

Small restaurant with limited choices.
Need to input a new wifi code every day.
The bed outdated and very noisy.
Staff at the reception not so sympathical.
Rooms very noisy (not from the street but from the other rooms).
Gym very small, not even space for some push-ups.
But good location. Price ok. Breakfast buffet ok. room clean.
The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to Recoleta (20 min), Plaza de Mayo (20 min) and a bit further on to San Telmo, La Boca and Puerto Madero.
Beware of pick-pockets who would (and he did) squirt mayonnaise-like liquid on you and would pretend to help cleaning up your clothings, belongings etc.
As for the hotel room, we stayed in 2 suites. My in-laws on 2nd floor and it is very noisy 'cause it is adjacent to the garage and you can hear the door open and close thruout the day. We are on the 7th floor but the AC is performing below its capacity.
I liked it very much, I was upgraded and it was fantastic!
Only minor problem was the breakfast brunch. I had to ask the waiter staff to cook my scrambled eggs as the eggs were on the very runny side.
A morning newspaper would have been nice
the hotel is quiet with good staff, the room was clean with a big toilet. The WIFI was good. Overall good place to stay and in walking distance you have different types of coffee and restaurant to visit.
