Room was clean but we had to ask for extra towels and sheets for pull out sofa. Some confusion at check in where we had to wait to ensure they had a clean room for us. The buildings and rooms are designed nicely. But the hallways smell of smoke. Even though there are no smoking signs throughout the buildings and rooms. The cigarette and marijuana smoke smell gets into the room. The front desk staff and breakfast staff are very friendly, delightful people.

Great hotel to stay at, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful! Love that it has a huge patio with bbq grill right by the pool. Parking was very convenient and the room was spacious and very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Sonesta’s before and they never disappoint so I wasn’t surprised when I checked into pure luxury and comfort. The location was perfect because there were so many dining options. What made it 10x better is that it’s only down the street from my in-laws! Great price for great quality. I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again when visiting Reno.
