“ocean front property, within minutes walk to the historical wall city”

The ultra contemporary hotel located just outside of the wall city, faced to the ocean and the bay. The location is good but not in the wall city area. The services are good and friendly. St. Malo is a great city and worth for spending a couple of days in this small city.

Area recommendations
The wall city. The restaurant "Le Saint Placide" serves excellent contemporary seafood. It is a bit away from the ocean front but definitely a worth of the visit.
When to go
St. Malo is famous of the oysters. Winter is definitely the best season to visit St. Malo but the weather can be harsh. In the summer, the surroundings of the city is gorgeous.
Dining
"Le Saint Placide" is one of the best restaurants in town, great seafood and have a very nice wine list.

“Very modern and comfortable hotel in Saint-Malo.”

Loved that hotel! Very comfortable room with a fantastic shower in the bathroom. Would definetely go back there.

“Dissapointed”

The Hotel has been recently completely refubised and is very smart. The only facilities on offer were a bar and breakfast. The breakfast was diappointing and expensive. It was self service and the staff did not exhibit much enthusiasm over clearing used tables. The car park was again expensive (15 euros per night) and the parking spaces were only suitable for people with extremely small cars.

“WOW!”

We've have traveled to Europe on multiple ocassions and have experienced both good and bad hotels. This trip was a make a reservation for the first and last night only and play the rest by ear trip. As soon as we arrived and saw the walled city and our room, we immediately reserved the next night (the Expedia price was much cheaper!). The room was very modern and a good size. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The walk to the walled city was less than five minutes. We only wish that our room had a tub.

Traveller's tip
You won't go hungry here. Enjoy the walk around the town and then target the restaurants that tickle your fancy. We didn't have a bad meal there. The waffles were excellent!

“Great location, clean and reasonably priced.”

We loved our stay, booked for one night and stayed another two. Great location, next to walled old town St Malo. Great sea view rooms available. Good sightseeing in the area. You can park out in the surrounding streets at no cost which does save on the payparking.

Traveller's tip
No far from Le Mont St Michele. Great hairdresser in old walled town.

“cadre magnifique avec tout à proximité sans voiture”

etat du mobilier abîmé à certains endroits, des tâches sur les portes et papier mural des toilettes. décor et confort agréables, service hôtelier agréable. un lieu dépaysant à proximiré de toutes commodités.
