“Cigarette smoke very unpleasant”

Non smoking rooms unavailable, stale cigarette smoke very unpleasant, especially when you have young children. Expensive beakfast, had to pay for the children aswell ''Gone of'f'' long-life milk for cereal, luke warm hot water for tea. Overall not a pleasant stop-over will not be returning.

“Paid twice”

Because I arrived after reception was closed, I had to pay again to get the room key, despite having paid Expedia already. When I tried to get the money back the next day, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Depsite many E-mails and promises, I have still not been refunded, over 3 months later.

“Un premiere classe qui porte très mal son nom !”

premiere nuit très bruyante!chambre vieillotte ainsi qu'une odeur de cigarettes!

“Nous y retournerons volontiers !”

Chambre donnant sur l'extérieur à la façon d'un motel, ce qui est fort pratique lors des sorties nocturnes (pas de bruit de couloir). Personnel agréable et disponible, petit déjeuner de qualité, lit très confortable, taille de la chambre suffisante, mais salle d'eau un peu réduite.
