“Always use this hotel when we stop in Reims”

This hotel is easy to find from the Peage and there is car parking near too. Well located to the city, Cathedral and champagne houses.

“Great Hotel, Great Location”

Close to autoroute access, public parking, and the pedestrian district of town. Very good staff! Knew how to use the Expedia pre-paid reservation. Breakfast is a bit high for a continental breakfast, but worth the convenience early in the morning.

“Good location, good value for a short stay hotel”

I booked this hotel via expedia with very good value and the location is very good. We found the free parking which is just opposite the hotel. The shower is very good and the bed is comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anybody. We watched the 800th asnniversary of Reims Cathedral light show which is magnificient.

“Staff was very unfriendly but the accomodations were great”

The hotel was fine with a lot of charm. Very clean and as far as accomodations go it was actually the best place that we located through Expedia. However we found the staff very unfriendly and and on almost every occasion they completely ignored us even when we were standing at the desk right in front of them. They would ignore us as if we did not exist even to the point of answering the phone, taking care of the caller and resuming their task without acknowledging us. This happened on every occasion that we had to deal with them. When they reluctantly had to pay attention to us they did so in a very unfriendly manner as if we were bothering them. It was truly bizarre behaviour and even though we were surprised and sorely dissapointed to find a large majority of the people involved in Tourism in France were stressed and unfriendly, the people in this hotel were most especially so. Sad but true. Thanks for asking.

The hotel rooms are very small but this place is clean and close to everything.

This was my first trip to Reims but my experience was great. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the main train station that goes to Paris so there was no taxi ride. It's also right next to the main down town area. Lot's of shops, restaraunts and other night life. I would stay here again!
